My photo shows room 15 as we found it in February 2011. The food is delicious, a perfect home-cooked breakfast with an excellent choice and all the trimmings. Substantial evening meals are served at the well-stocked bar, should you decide not to go out to the one of the many nearby restaurants. There is a swimming pool in the peaceful gardens; look out for the red squirrels in the garden as you eat your breakfast! The hosts, Lynda and Des, hail from the Isle of Wight and provide you with a wealth of local knowledge.

One of the worst hotel if not the worst hotel I have visited around the world. There is gap between…read morethe skirts and the room's carpet, there are gaps in the wall next to the shower cubicle. There were short and curly on the bathroom floor. The coffee cups had stains. The carpets in all the hallways were dirty and had fibres coming out of it. The lift does not work properly and takes a hot min to arrive. The car park is full of animal droppings and has a dodgy alleyway to walk through. Overall very shabby. Avoid at all cost. Money wasted. Negative 10 Stars.
