It took awhile for our food, but wow..it was worth it. We started with the pickle fries. Spicy and crunchy with a fantastic dipping sauce. Then, I had the firecracker shrimp wrap with jalapeno slaw. Perfect Asian spice and the slaw addrd great crunch with just enough heat. The handcut chips were very good Hubby had the firecraker shrimp, too, and loved it. Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. I had it with the homemade chips which were also delicious, but they offer many sides. The bbq sauce on my burger was insanely delicious and I'm picky about my sauce. My coworkers each had different burgers and they looked equally delicious and they raved about them. I live in Green Bay, but I will make the trip to Shawano regularly just to visit this place!

I get a message 3 hours after my delivery was supposed to be here saying they are just now starting to pick my order. My Delivery was almost 6 hours late and guess what they put everything that could be crushed at the bottom. They also sent me the wrong game platform game. Stay away from this place.

BEWARE OF THIS AUTO CENTER!…read more I purchased tires and service through the Walmart website and scheduled an appointment to have my new tires installed. I had a flat tire on my truck but aired it up enough to get to the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by two store associates arguing over how to check me in and a mechanic who rudely informed me I was parked in the wrong spot. I was told it would take an hour to install my new tires and that I would be paged when the job was done. After waiting about 45 minutes, I went to check on the progress, only to be told that the mechanic claimed my truck weighed 10,000 lbs and was too heavy for their hoist. I explained that my truck weighs around 7,000 lbs and that the hoist should have no problem handling it. Despite this, they refused to install my tires. To make matters worse, they left the new tires in the back of my truck and left me to figure out how to get home with a flat tire. This was absolutely horrible customer service. On top of not providing the service I had already paid for, the mechanic clearly didn't know what he was talking about. I will never use the Shawano Walmart Auto Center again and strongly recommend finding a different shop for your vehicle needs.
