Order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to you, the food is made to order so it takes a little longer but it's so worth it. They are apparently known for their waffles so being gluten free I was a little nervous about finding something I could eat. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of gluten free options, including waffles (which are delicious by the way). My friend and I both had the green eggs and bacon, which is two eggs over easy on a gluten free waffle, a bed of greens, bacon and avocado, delicious. The portion sizes are perfect, enough to feel satisfied but not a ridiculous amount so you can't finish. Now let's talk about the coffee, you have your standard selections and then you have some amazing speciality drinks. I had the cranberry chai latte with Oatmilk, choice of hot or iced, I had iced because I don't know how well this would have translated hot. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
