Everything is delicious they use the highest quality meat and they are very picky if they dont like the quality they send it back they have a processing area in back you could eat off the floor they are very big on sanitation and keeping the meat cold just and the spices and other flavors they use are mouth watering keeps me coming back for more not kidding just go in and sample anything you will be hooked read more

When I lived in Wi. and drove through Antigo, I ALWAYS stopped at Peroutka's. If I was lucky they were not sold out of potato sausage or metwurst. Usually bought other sausages too. I now live in Idaho and cannot find a "meat market" to save my butt. Really miss Peroutka's. Growing up in a small city south of Antigo we had 2 meat markets. Can't beat homemade weenies & sausages!!! Another great place is Neuske's in Wittenburg. Pricier though. I'll be ordering Peroutka's when weather cools and have shipped here. read more

Peroutka's is a place that sticks to what it knows. Everything that it does (which isn't everything that it could do) is simply the best. Their bacon? The best I've ever eaten. Their jerky? The best I've ever eaten. Their Bratwurst? Cheddarwurst? Summer Sausage? Weiners? Same. Every time I make their sausages for people, I wind up having to buy more of those to give to those people. Definately good quality meat. Quite a variety. They even had Belgian trippe, not quite like Marchant's in Brussels makes it, but they get brownies points for trying and coming close. :) Lots to choose from with fair prices. read more

Peroutka's is a small butcher shop, that is a treasure! Their hams, bacon, sausages are superb. If you have the chance to try their venison sausage, it is incomparable. It is a crime, that they do not ship over the internet. Until they do, you will have to visit their shop. It is well worth the trip. read more

These guys rock! Best meat I can find. The wieners are absolutely awesome! The customer service is great. We have called ahead with our order since we now live several hours away and they get it ready and freeze it ahead of time (although sometimes we just pop in :-). When we go to our cabin we pick up ours and several other peoples orders and by the time we get there its still frozen. Some of my favorites are the breakfast sausages, potato sausages, ham, wieners, jerky and the variety of misc choices when your in the mood for something new.
