Dr Greene is fabulous, remarkably patient and outlandishly caring of his patients. I was refered by a family member and was not displeased at all! You're greated with an amazing concierge, Kelly, who even remembered me from our phone call when I scheduled my first appointment! Dr. Greene is the best dentist I've had. He is friendly as well. Office staff is friendly as well. One time he was short staffed and ended up being the one to clean my teeth, I've never had a dentist who did that before. Any other dentist probably would have rescheduled! While the dentist and hygienist are very capable the office does not offer evening, Friday or Saturday appointments. Recently, I was sent a small bill without a return envelope. All not typical of my previous dentists. When I had to call the office to pay and added a complaint about the lack of an envelope I received a letter a few days later being dropped as a patient. That is NOT a relaxed or non-judgmental practice. FYI - I had my next cleaning scheduled and planned for other recommended work as soon as the insurance year started up in July. read more

I love Dr Greene, the hygienist is great and I like the office. I've been going there, at least, 3 years maybe 4 years. He recommended a nightguard for clinching. I finally had one made and I've had it for almost 1 year. It is the best thing i could've done. Since the first night of wear; I sleep all night. I wake up headache free, without tight painful jaws and my teeth don't hurt. Best thing ever. I am soo happy I followed the treatment...wish I'd done it when first recommended. My husband and I were patients for 10 years. Due to a billing mishap on their end, they fired us because they no longer wanted to bill my insurance which they participate with. This office is horrible. The front desk is rude and completely incompetent. The insurance billing is horrible. Office hours are not workable. They close early and are not open on Fridays. My daughter says the dentist makes her feel uncomfortable. read more

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Absolutely everyone I have met in this office has been friendly, personable, and upbeat every single time, so I don't really understand the review about front desk people being rude. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two to be called back for my appointments, even when I have come in early. Dr Greene is always extremely pleasant and very gentle, and he does a great job of explaining what he is doing and why. I got both my first and second crowns here, and while I was nervous about the first one, it was a breeze, so the second one didn't even make me nervous. Although the second crown came off when I was using my water pic flosser (at the highest pressure), when I called today to tell them, they offered me two different appointments tomorrow to take care of it right away. My husband and three stepsons have gone to Dr. Greene for years, so when I joined the family I began to go there just to make scheduling easier, and I am so very glad I did! read more

My two kids and I started going to this dentist about six months ago and will definitely be staying. Everyone is so friendly! Each room has a TV above the chair and I think for my kids (ages 4 & 6 ) that makes a huge difference, and I enjoy it too of course. The doctor is great, I've had some fillings and felt no pain during or after. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends. read more

Very disappointed with this practice- I am being charged a broken appointment fee of 60.00 because of Piney Orchards negligence. I called to cancel and they do not have record. This place is ridiculous and I will be taking legal action. They are trying to hold my dental xrays because of the balanced owed, by their mistake- read more

Dr. Greene and the tech who helped me were nice....but the front desk person is always rude. Every time I call there she seems as though I'm bothering her. AND my first time going there the assistants were talking very loud about very sensitive subjects and it was unprofessional. I will be going to get my crown but this will be the last appoint I make with them!! read more

I had a tooth cap installed on June 2015 by Dr. Trevor Greene, and in less than 2 years not only do I need a new tooth cap, but I have gone through a root canal on the tooth underneath because the tooth became infected, most likely due to observed "leakage" underneath the tooth cap noted by my current dentist. I find it very strange that this tooth, with the cap installed by Dr. Greene, suffered this fate -- as I have not experienced any problems whatsoever with my other molar caps installed by other dentists years ago. Now I live in another state and have to go all this additional cost and inconvenience. Needless to say, I am not happy with my experience. read more

Dr. Greene has been our family (3 family members) dentist for several years. Dr. Greene is a good dentist as are the dental hygienists, even though there is a lot of turnover with them. However, the front office is terrible. They are rude (especially the older woman), and discuss personal patient information out loud which under HIPPA is not allowed. Also, Dr. Greene's office is closed on Friday's which is inconvenient, especially when you encounter a dental emergency. read more

I was looking for a Dentist in our neighborhood and found Piney Orchard Dental office. I popped in to check it out and was warmly greeted by the front desk. I am 59 and have had extensive dental work in the last couple weeks. Dr. Greene was the most thorough (gentle) and informative dentist I have had in my many years! I was so glad that they were able to schedule my appts quickly... not the normal "3 month wait!" I am writing this review in regards to Dr. Trevor Greene at Piney Orchard Dental. I first visited Dr. Greene on June 6, 2012, as a second opinion, for an exorbitant amount of dental work that I was told I needed (by a different dentist). The feel of the office was good, clean, and the staff was amazing. He was up front and thorough with me about the work in needed completed. He put together a treatment plan for me and I went to the reception desk to complete my appointment. Satisfied and comfortable, I scheduled a cleaning for August 1, 2012 at 4:15pm, as well as a root canal on August 14, 2012 at 6:15pm. He had referred me to an endodontist for a second root canal, which I scheduled for August 10, 2012. He suggested it be done that way because of how deep the filling in my tooth was. He also stated that once the procedure was done, he would then do the build-up and crown. I left work at 3:50pm on August 1, 2012, 25 minutes before my appointment, as I don't work far from their office. Traffic was a bit heavy and I arrived at the reception desk at 4:23pm. It was then, that I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and I would have to reschedule due to being late. As most dental offices give a 10-minute grace period, I was in shock. To make matters worse, the female who told me the news, was rude to me as well. I ended up speaking to one of the other reception associates behind closed doors so that I could express my concern. We worked everything out, and in-turn, rescheduled my cleaning for October 2, 2012. All was well, until I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Greene's office on August 9, 2012, dated 8/2/2012, which I have attached to this email. In this letter he stated that, "Due to my general lack of cooperation with their office policies and procedures", he was discontinuing dental services to my family and I. I had no idea what this was about, as I had only seen him once at that point, since they had cancelled my cleaning. Also, I had my root canal scheduled with the endodontist the next day. I still had my procedure done, as I knew the ramifications of it not being done would be losing my tooth. Since Piney Orchard Dental is closed on Fridays, I would have to wait until Monday to see why the letter was sent. Today, August 13, 2012 at 9:00am, I called and spoke to the same woman I spoke to behind closed doors on August 1, 2012. I asked her why such a letter would be sent, since the only thing I had done wrong was show up 8-minutes late for an appointment, ONCE. On top of that, she had been the one to reschedule me for October. She then informed me that it was due to the "huge misunderstanding" back on August 1st, and that although she had rescheduled my appointment, Dr. Greene made the decision to drop me as a patient because he felt that they (Piney Orchard Dental) were not the "proper fit" for me. They had also cancelled all of my appointments, including the root canal scheduled for tomorrow. I feel that it is VERY unprofessional that he would not, AT LEAST, complete the root canal that we had already scheduled, as well as finish the restoration of the tooth I had the root canal completed on already. It states in the letter as well that they would provide dental services to me on an "emergency only" basis until August 31, 2012. Now, because of this, I have to attempt to find another dentist, to complete work that Dr. Greene initiated. Normally, this would not be an issue; however, with the work that I was told I needed done, there is a sense of urgency for me. On top of that, trying to find a dentist that is running a practice, not a business, is hard to find these days as well. In conclusion, I felt the need to make you all aware of my encounters with Piney Orchard Dental, and Dr. Greene. I actually liked Dr. Greene and his staff, the feel of the office, and I didn't fear going to him. However, now I just feel taken advantage of, and that because of something beyond my control, I am no longer welcome. read more

My family has been going to this Dentist for some time and we have had several types of treatment done well in the past however, there is always a sense of being rushed out, like on an assembly line. Today, I visited with my two kids for their 6 month routine checkup. They had back to back appointments. The office called when I was enroute and I told them I was running behind and will arrive shortly. I arrived 10 minutes after the first appointment and the first thing they said is "We can only see one". I protested because of the inconvenience of having to reschedule, especially since I was offered an appointment a month from today. No accommodation was made! I reminded them of the times in the past I had arrived on time for my appointment, yet had to wait. It was clear that they were double-booking as there was another patient that arrived at the same time we did and was ushered into another room to be treated. The worst thing is that, as is customary, Dr. Greene never gave me a final review about my son's Dental care, especially since this was his first appointment since he started wearing braces (less than a year ago). The dental tech (who is always very nice) came to the waiting room and told me my son was doing great with his braces. Equally shocking is that when my first kid was done, we still had a good 20 minutes on the original 1 hour appointment window, and there were no other patients in the office. No accommodation was made to have my second child treated. It seemed clear to me that the staff, including Dr. Greene (who was strolling around the office) were more interested in packing up and closing for the day. The front desk lacks any skill in managing appointment setting or customer service. When they called to tell me they were going to change my appointment for next month, and asked what would be a good time. I asked if they could call me back as I was driving and could not look a my calendar. It was what I thought a simple request... and she told me no. I asked if I should find another dentist and she said maybe that would be best. Wow, great answer. Other than that it was good. Doctor Greene does a good job on me and my two sons. Worst dental office I've ever been to! Brought my daughter here for a tooth ache, Dr greene wanted to donate whole treatment plan and bring her back to take care of the tooth ache, I asked if we could take care of the tooth ache first and then do a treatment plan and he refused. The front desk is rude, lacks customer knowledge and I won't be surprised if they are racist. Not sure why Dr. Greene keeps those two women around. I have a very common ethnic last name, so I always tell then my first name and last name, but behold they still eff it up and give an appointment to the other person, and when I get there they acted like I never made an appointment, but they are happy to cancel the other person's appointment because they will be a no show. Dr Greene has a system that reminds you via email when you are due for your six (6) month cleaning and you can request dates right through the system...but you never get any confirms. If I call after a week or two, the women will give you attitude. Why am I to blame for their misfortune and they should get a new job if they hate it so much. I'm sure the KKK needs receptionists too. Otherwise Dr Greene and the Oral Hygienists are great. However, like all dentists Dr. Greene does try to sell you on more services than you need.
