I've boarded my dog here several times and have always had a great experience. Every time I pick him up, I can tell he's been well cared for and loved. I really appreciate the photo updates and texts letting me know how he's doing--it gives such peace of mind. We left our beloved Axel with Jeanette and team at Pinewood Lane Pet Resort while we went to the State Fair. Our little guy is the apple of our eye, so leaving him was a big deal. Jeanette was so wonderful, and proactively sent us texts on Axel's activities and wellbeing. Everything was just perfect, and when we fetched him he was clean, happy and was sent home with a big bag of homemade dog treats.
