I felt there was serious professionalism on everyone's part and was very appreciative when we left with antibiotics and medications and thorough instructions from the Dr. on how to treat Abby to make sure that we didn't end up with a serious flareup happening. I understand it was an oversight on my part, but after driving 1.5 hours from our home and no where for one of the two dogs to go for the weekend, she could have been more accommodating, suggested another place, recommended a vet to get this specific vaccination, etc. I asked what we could do or make an exception and the lady was very rude and said "nothing, she can't stay here". This woman did NOT want either of our dogs at her facility regardless of them having the appropriate vaccinations or not. Upon walking in, it smelled like cigarettes, they did not greet me, and she stopped me from informing her employee of instructions about our dog, as she was calling my vet to get more information on her vaccinations. It was evident we were inconveniencing her. We're glad it worked out how it did, because we would not have felt comfortable leaving our dogs with her. I can't believe she cares for animals considering how she treats humans WHO PAY HER MONEY to take care of their animals. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home for your loved four-legged friends, because they won't be loved.
