This is by far the most well run animal clinic in North America! Doctor Dave, Julie, Michelle are absolute rockstars.

They really know how to go the extra mile and provide the highest possible standard of care rather than the bare minimum. Unfortunatly I have moved away from the area and am now stuggling to find a vet clinic ran half as well. A nightmare experiance of dealing with phone staff that don't know which meds their clinics do and do not carry and will confidently provide wrong answers, vets who try to substitute meds without reviwing charts rusulting in them perscibing meds that would have caused potentially lethal drug interactions (Dog was fine, I caught the mistake before administering the med), and them forgeting to order the agreed upon med rusulting in me getting it more than two weeks late, have prompted me to come give recognition where recognition is due. These guys were great, I miss having thier compitent and compassionate staff as a part of my Sweetpea's care team.

Is was raining and the staff asked me to step outside in the rain with a Bully. ( Bully's don't do rain). Because another dog would be coming out of a room. WTF? My dog is a puppy and the most friendly puppy ever. She's extremely well socialized. Been on beaches across Florida since she was 10 weeks old. Met more people and animals than most vets have. Never shown any sort of aggression so ever. She's obedient, knows her commands, but still hyper puppy for sure. She had to go out in the rain cause there was another dog coming out? Get the other dog under control if you're worried about something happening. Felt completely judged for a breed they clearly know nothing about. My Bully was 30 lbs at the time. She's a year now and 50 lbs

Sought care for a possible UTI and an already established pet, where she had an annual visit about…read morea month ago. I called Iron Range Vet on Friday last week and Iron Range Vet said you can drop off a urine sample at Crosby location by 5:30. She said if you are not able to make it before they close, you can drop off a urine sample Monday morning. "We can do the test since she was recently seen. This was the worst vet experience to date ever with any service encounter. After agreeing to drop off a urine sample in the morning, the staff at Iron Range refused to do the test as they were not sure when the sample was taken. The person I had drop off the sample was asked and explained the sample was just done three hours ago. By the time I found out they didn't do the test it was too late in the day to find an alternative. Zero courtesy call or notification they refused to do the test. Thinking they had done the test, I called after 2pm to get an update. I was on hold for 30minutes. clearly they were trying to devise a story as to why they didn't do the test. After they came back on the phone they went on to explain...."We didn't know when the sample was taken"..... I found out later that afternoon, they were told the timing. instead they tried to blame me or anyone else except their terrible customer service. I asked that the owner call me. To date no outreach of any kind. I will NEVER take my pets to this vet. I was not planning to write a review, but heard from a relative, they had a similar experience in the last year. I suggest those looking for a vet, you may want to ask if Iron Range Vet "Care Process" conflicts with the health and well being of your pet to get the care you are asking for instead empty response or lack of one.

We reached Allison and she asked to see us immediately at the clinic (roughly 40 minutes from her home) 45 minutes later. Allison treated our dog with the utmost care showing compassion and concern, offering options, costs and recommendations and even consulted with other senior staff. After some initial testing and procedures, it was determined Allision would need additional assistance to perform another more complicated procedure. She phoned one of the technicians (Lindsey?) around 11pm who readily agreed to drive into the clinic to assist. Both Allison and Lindsey went above and beyond to do all they could for Wylie, staying with us at the clinic until after 2am. While the ultimate outcome wasn't what we all prayed for, I have confidence with the exceptional treatment and reasonably priced care we received for our beloved pet. Thank you again Allison and Lindsey - we sincerely appreciate all you did to help Wylie last night.
