I was specifically hoping to find a suit set, and with Cassie's help, I found the perfect one. She was incredibly helpful and even assisted in picking out a tie to go with it, which made everything come together so nicely. I also checked out the men's shoes and found a great pair for only $59.97--such a good deal! The entire store was super clean, very organized, and the fitting rooms were spotless. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere--everyone working seemed genuinely happy. Associates were laughing and engaging with each other on the sales floor, and the store just had a really warm, welcoming, almost "homey" feel to it. When I went to check out, Kelsey was so sweet and pleasant. She even offered to put the suit in a garment bag, which I really appreciated--honestly, no other retail store has ever offered that kind of extra touch for a purchase like this. Pretty design, but it seemed like it was made of foam, so it could hot to wear in the Spring/Summer. They also had ADDIDAS, but then you have to shop around to find a set because they have tops separate from the bottoms. Everything seemed to be on clearance, yet to me the price was still high. You have to dig to find a deal & something unique. The makeup was abundant. Brands like NYX, Clinique, Lancome. The travel size items were pricey. I can get a full regular size for the same price they are charging for a travel size. That dry shampoo you see in the pic, I ended up not getting it because they wanted $17 for that. No thank you. When you enter the store, you immediately see the designer handbags to your right. OMG, they have some cute items. I didn't come here for that, but they were sure cute to check and the pricing. Why did I stop by, well to browse for a dress. I'm still looking for that elusive dress to say, "This is it! This is what I've been looking for." I didn't find that here, but I did find some cute dresses to wear on my next outings. I'll make sure and update the review to show you what I got for $40. I was happy to see several cars in the parking lot when I went on a Sunday afternoon. The outside of the store is very attractive and bright and the sidewalk and parking lot were noticeably clean. This continued in the store, I noticed as I moved around it was spotless inside, and the displays all looked very nice and well stocked. As you enter the store, the women's clothing section is on your right and the men's section on the left, and the boots are on shelving along the entire back of the store. I had gone to get a particular pair of boots so I made my way back to the boots and found the section with my size. This is a display where you choose your boots off of an open shelf. After looking unsuccessfully for a couple of minutes, I was approached by a sales associate and they asked if I needed help I showed them the boot I was looking for and they told me they didn't think they had it in stock, but I could order it. I did let her know that the website showed that Porterville had it in stock but she said again that she didn't think they did. since I wanted to double check my size, I took another boot of the same maker and size to a bench to try on. I asked for a boot jack which was brought to me immediately. After confirming the size that I wanted to order, I continue to look around the store a bit. I did find some socks and a T-shirt. I wanted to purchase as well. They had a good supply of both. as I was making my way out of the boot section, I was approached by a different employee who asked if I was finding everything and I mentioned that the boots I came for was not in stock, but I was going to order it, he asked which one it was and he went back to double check, which I thought was nice. He came back with two different boots. Neither were the one I had wanted but they looked similar, but I appreciate the effort. The first woman who had help me with the birds, was also the one who check me out and she was very pleasant and helpful and she ordered the boots I wanted, and will have them sent to my home. They could also come to the store but since I don't live extremely close to the store, I decided to have them sent to my house but I am kind of regretting it now because I wouldn't mind going back in the store because it was really nice. If you are looking for high-quality western wear or workwear I highly recommend Boot Barn. Over the last few years, I have noticed a sharp decline in the jeans you buy at places like Kohl's or Macys as far as quality, but I did see some really nice brands there and they are high-quality denim that are made to last. I will definitely be back! Please note that the photo I contributed shows my service dog. He is not a pet, but was trained by a service dog organization so he is allowed by law to accompany me into the store. Next time I go in the store I will take photos of the displays, but this was the only one I took that day but I wanted you to see the cleanliness of the store. My shoe is the one on the bench because I was walking around in a boot.
