I appreciated him listening to me and I mean really listening. He made such a lasting impression that when I got the news we were PCSing here this last summer I knew my girls had to get into his office. His staff is friendly and making an appointment was such a breeze. I drive from fort liberty and it is 100% worth it. He processed my kids referrals quickly and we are beyond happy with our experience with this practice.

The front desk personnel, his nurse, his secretary to include all the Health Professionals at First Health and Pinehurst Surgical were always friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs and concerns! I called on November 16th and November 22nd trying to speak to my provider about a referral that needed updating. I never received a phone call back either time. I was in need of an updated referral for a specialty appointment I have at Duke on the 30th. I made this appointment with Duke months ago under a referral that was active at the time. I called Primary and Immediate care back today, the 28th, to see what the status was and was told I needed to come in and see my provider to get an updated referral. Today is Tuesday, and my appointment is Thursday. If they had bothered to call me back either one of the two times I called previously, coming in would not have been an issue. So, I just paid out of pocket for the appointment I have scheduled on the 30th at Duke because they will not see me without the referral. If you value your provider seeing you as anything but a source of revenue, don't bother with this clinic. I personally liked the providers, but hated the way the clinic was ran.

I made a new patient appointment that was scheduled for two months from when I called and within a day they rescheduled me to a month after that. They ask patients to confirm appointments after sending two conflicting times and are extremely unhelpful when you call their office Their providers treat/talk to their patients like they are stupid by not fully explaining ailments and treatment unless prompted by the patient. I'd rather be treated by witch doctors managed by AI. If I could give zero stars I would.
