Our journey wasn't just about finding a well-built home--it was about finding a company that could work with our creditor and someone who could patiently guide us through the entire process. We found all of that and more working with Danielle Montgomery at VQH. There are so many factors to consider when buying a home, especially when budgeting. It was crucial for us to have someone who truly understood the ins and outs of the process--someone experienced in handling a variety of situations. Danielle was that person. He answered our million questions without hesitation and never made us feel rushed. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with the final product and allowed us to make as many changes as we needed, because he understood this was our forever home. One of my biggest concerns going into this was, "If we buy this house, will they stand by it--or will issues just become our problem?" Thankfully, Valley Quality Homes builds the homes themselves, sells them directly, and stands by their work. There's no middleman when it comes to warranty issues, and that gave us incredible peace of mind. Now that we've been living in our new home for a few months, I can confidently say that the quality and craftsmanship have exceeded our expectations. From the very first day we stepped onto the lot to delivery and final setup, the communication and professionalism from every VQH team member has been amazing. The crew who handled the setup were so kind, answered all of my (many!) questions, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. And trust me, I can be a bit extra sometimes! If I had to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be during the design phase. I'm not a decorator, and picking out colors, matching flooring to countertops, choosing cabinetry, and envisioning how appliances will fit into it all--it was overwhelming. This part of the process felt a little hands-off. While everything turned out beautifully in the end, I'd recommend bringing a friend with a good eye for design if that's not your strength. We're now looking forward to our one-year inspection and any touch-ups, and we remain so grateful we chose Valley Quality Homes and Danielle Montgomery. He helped make our dream of homeownership a reality--with quality, honesty, and care every step of the way.

Numerous communication issues. When went with our bank instead of theirs and that not amplified the issues because they didn't know how to do it but one way but the management was also very rude about it always pointing out that's not how they do it. They even accused us of stealing the house because the bank didn't pay them immediately up on delivery of the house. Mind you it still takes 6 weeks to get the house set up after delievry. Also if you are a DIY for any part of this good luck. The sales people and management can't tell you anything. You have to try and get ahold of the people that actually build the homes. Also the reason we went with QVH is they gave us a much shorter timeline for the home being delivered than what actually occurred by a year. The set up crews were great people. The one shining light in this whole mess. The house itself is nice but drafty and can cold spots can be felt on the carpet in the seams. If you take a thermal imager around the house you will see tons of cold spots on the ceiling. We've had multiple LED lights burn out in the first 2 years. The vent too one of the rooms that was always cold turned out to be still sealed on the end and it wasn't until we put a telescoping camera down there that we figured that out. Some of the major issues we've had is the roof, shingles blew away when we got some 70 mph gusts, not rated for 120 like they said. Also major ice dams due to poor insulation. When we called them about the ice they said we need to shovel the roof off if it gets more than 4 inches. We upgraded the heat pump initially and it's been nothing but issues. Again not meant to be used in cold wintry climates so we have to use emergency heat system which sky rockets the power bill. Im sure there's more but this is what I remember while getting up this morning and seeing a giant power bill and feeling the draft that is always in the kitchen when I get my coffee.

The location is in a convenient part of downtown Spokane, with plenty of easy parking and also pedestrian access to many hotels (I walked a half-mile from my hotel, which was no problem). The building is a really great older space. They have a big open space on the second floor, full of natural light, exposed bricks, high ceilings, etc. It has a really nice "loft" vibe. The energy of the place on the Friday I was there was perfect. Light music (not too loud, but just enough). People in private offices and booths made the place feel active and busy, but the space is large enough that I wasn't distracted. There were three of us in the hot-desk co-working area when I was there, though there is room for probably 20 or 30, so we all had plenty of space to ourselves. The kitchen was clean, and well-stocked. The coffee was hot, and decent. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby of the building. I made a small mistake when I booked the reservation, and they were quick to correct it for me. The staff person who checked me in was friendly and got me everything I needed. And, the price was very competitive. I've co-worked at WeWork and several other local places over the years, and this was certainly one of the better places I've visited for hot-desk access -- and at a competitive price. Give it a shot. Less than a half-hour remaining before I'm supposed to give a presentation to the whole company. FML. Found Fellow via search on my phone, drove over, and due to the smart/well designed setup process, was able to get a day pass and log in to wifi with time to spare and with no human interaction required. Just walk in, purchase pass, and go. (I like me some human interaction, and their humans are excellent at interactions. Did that later in the day; just didn't have time to spare before the meeting, so I super appreciate how smart their setup is.)

I lived in the apt for almost 2 years. Constant problems with my bathtub drain not draining…read moreproperly. They never replaced my microwave like they said. Had a woodpecker problem for almost a month till I finally escalated it to the fish and game. Then a neighbor finally assisted with putting a barrier up which was a strawberry container wrapped in foil. They never put metal flashing on the big hole. Now when I moved out they are charging me a $40 fee for not cleaning the blinds. When the apt manager on multiple occasions told me I didn't need to clean them since they will be replaced with new ones. My unit was a beautiful space but with all the constant issues I had it's not worth the $1500 a month lease.

He offered the names of attorneys, who I called and they were happy to listen to me too. I got my answer and the LLA got a renewed member. I would rate them 5 stars but they are only open part time. There was a little to no soundproofing between my apartment and the one below me and had continual noise issues with the people that lived below me. They had a troubled dog that would bark for hours in the middle of the night, keeping me awake, even with earplugs in. The tenant below me would be working on his truck in the garage even at 11 o'clock at night and he would slam his garage door so hard it would shake the floor in my upper apartment. They also loved playing loud music. It was just never peaceful for me once they moved in. On top of that, another one of the residents would creep on me, always walking by my apartment and dingdong ditching me. On top of that, one of the tenants in the apartment complex next-door watched me walk home and found out where I lived. He came over drunk to my apartment one night. I did not feel safe here anymore on top of never having peace from the neighbors below me, and I got out of there as fast as I could. You may not have the same experience I did, but just be aware.

One of the residents showed me the pool and it looked great, but, no one there. I called their phone number and left a message to contact me. No response. My girlfriend called them multiple times. No response. I would still like to get an apartment there as they seem like they are nice inside and they are very close to my GF's house. As my dad would have said, 'seems like a chicken shit operation to me'. db
