I called Tim for a quote just over a week ago, he immediately responded and scheduled a time to meet at my house, once here, he took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish, he conducted a brief site survey and provided me with 3 options aimed to set my mind at ease. Tim and his crew are professional, friendly, and man do they do good work! Tim had a cancelation and was able to schedule me in a week early. Today was go day! Tim and his crew called to let me know they were on their way, once here they reviewed their game plan and a few hours later I had 6 problematic trees taken down. This team far exceeded my expectations. Being budget conscious I opted to only have the trees taken down, not only did they qoute me an incredible price, Tim and team neatly cut my trees into manageable sections and neatly placed in an area away from traffic! They even used a blower to ensure my driveway was free of any debris. I called on many people in the business, and I found a few decent options, good people, with competitive pricing, I also had few that I called on that never called back, and who scheduled an appointment and never showed up, not even a call to cancel. I was not here but was told they seemed to do a thorough job. The second time was one person who was here for only an hour. Both times the fee was much higher than I would normally pay, especially the second visit. They also charge for travel time. I have found someone much better and at a reasonable rate. I will not be using Your Best Nest again.

Dishonest scammers! Had the service team come out to replace the insulation in my stove (which they…read moresaid they do when I stopped in to ask in person) but they didn't have the replacement insulation with them when they came. Instead of calling me or saying they can't when I made the appointment, they showed up knowing they couldn't do any work and charged me $140 for the service call. Waste of time and money for absolutely nothing! While at my house they told me I could order stove insulation on Amazon and cut it to size, which tells that it's a universal standard and not some unique part for my stove. They either didn't want to do the work so they said they didn't have it so they could go home early, or they knew in advance so they could scam me. Can't believe how dishonest this local business is. And the cherry on top is they said they would call me in the morning to give me an estimated time of when they would come but I never got a call. I called them around 11 to find out and they said between 2-4, they showed at 4:15. I waited all day for them just to be scammed This happened 3 months ago and today they sent me an invoice for service. I called and spoke with a woman over in finance, explained what happened, told her the credit card company agreed with me and refunded me, and she said they will never do business with me again and hung up on me... as if I would ever go to them again lol
