Pay good money for trash pick up but it's now Saturday night, 4 days late, no pick up. Live on a busy street and if my trash spreads across the road way, I won't risk my life to pick it up. This company is poorly managed. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. It has been 4 weeks since I last had my dumpster emptied. Today they said the driver couldn't get to it. A tractor trailer could back up to it. They expect me to pay for services they don't provide. Finally had enough today and told them to just come get the dumpster. I have weekly pick up and have seen them less than 26 times in the last year. I would recommend finding a different company to anyone that has them. read more

unfortunately their is no 0 to give as a rating. they double and triple bill your account when I brought it to their attention. they refused to go over line by line on my bill or to meet me in person to discuss the over charges. In retaliation they canceled my account versus correcting them. they over charged me $661.69 which I will now file in Hancock County District Court. read more

Casella refuses to pick up my curbside trash on the designated trash day. I've spoken with the Brewer City manager and his assistant several times. Spoken with Casella more times than I can count. Still, There is approx. a 1 in 3 chance that curbside trash just doesn't get picked up and nobody seems to care. I wish the city of Brewer would drop them like a hot rock. read more

Dealing with casella waste was an absolutely horrible experience. They increased my prices 3 times over 6 months.... Adding what they call "unfortunate fees of an additional $16 Because they say they" have to but it was not an price increase " Since they have bought out the competition price hikes constitute a monopoly. I recommend that nobody utilize this company. read more

I had such a positive experience with Jared at the Hampden branch of R.H. Foster today…read more After getting extremely faint whiffs of propane around the home I recently purchased (others couldn't smell it at all), I finally called today, simply to ask some questions about it. I am financially struggling right now, so I was hesitant to have them come out in case I was imagining it. The smell really was that faint. I spoke to Jared, asked my questions, and he picked up on how stressed out I was about it right away. He was compassionate with my situation, explained the process, what the billing would look like (less than I thought!), and explained how important it is to trust your gut when it comes to propane. So, I had them come out and I'm so glad I did. They found multiple small leaks in the line to my water heater and also discovered that the previous owners used the wrong regulator when they did a DIY conversion from an oil to a propane furnace. Thank you, Jared!!!!
