The entire team - nurses, staff, and support personnel were all amazing. The food was great and the facility is comfortable and well maintained, which made her stay comfortable. In particular, Jessica, Michelle, Maria, Princes and Key xoxo and all the nurse staff provided exceptional care and kindness around the clock care. The physical therapists, Miss Elizabeth and Albert, were outstanding. They gave our mom the encouragement and support she needed to regain strength and independence. While she's taking small steps, we can already see her progress, and we're so grateful for their patience and guidance. The CNA's were helpful, busy, quick to respond, and easy to talk to. The OT and PT's were friendly, experienced, encouraging and skilled. The kitchen staff served hot, tasty balanced meals and would ask me what I would prefer. I felt more at ease and cared for at this facility than I did at the more expensive and higher rated one I had the previous year. It may be a little bit dated, but it is clean and the employees more than make up for any lack in newness. I especially appreciated how well the employees worked together without complaints, arguments, or gossiping in front of residents. My thanks to Tommy, Gloria, Josaphine, Rosalinda, Maria, Dawn, Walley, Esparanza, Victoria, and many others for their expertise, kindness, encouragement and patience.

I made the mistake and my mother lost…read moreher life yesterday due to the neglect of One Love Personal Care Home and the Home Health Agency that were paid to care for my mother. I placed my mother who was a 67 stroke survivor in late April. Teresa charged me $3,500 a month for her services. She boosted of being a RN and that she kept a day and nighttime staff to attend to her residents. At some point in the last few weeks or days of my mother's life, she became ill. ONE LOVE PERSONAL CARE HOME NEVER notified me of her illness. My mother had an oxygen level of 88 and 104.2 temperature and NO ONE called the family, doctor, or 911. My mother was allowed to lay in a bed for 24hrs before Teresa sent a text to say my mother wasn't doing well. 1 hour later, my mother was dead. 911 was not called until my mother stop breathing. This facility needs to be placed out of business! I am currently in the process of filing numerous complaints with state agencies and my mother's case has been reported to law enforcement by Adult Protective Services. I am also in the process of filing legal action. Please save yourself the grief and pain of having your loved one neglected. This facility only cares about the almighty dollar and nothing else. THEY ARE NOT A HOME HEALTH AGENCY as their facebook page states..... It is a place where my mother was sent to be neglected and die because of the direct result of their inaction.

The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate. The CNAs were very good even though severely understaffed. Strong Wi-Fi signal which was great if you had no TV. The CONS: Their on call doctor was simply the very worse. He shows up only on Tuesdays and Fridays around noon for a couple of hours. There is no further contact with him during the week even if a resident requests to see him. The nurses have stated that they cannot get him to come except on his scheduled days. My experience is him saying get out of bed and do toe touches to feel better even though there is a history of back issues. He would be my main concerns to ever using this facility. The food was not bad it was horrible! If it wasn't cold to the touch it was unrecognizable. Even the servers would make faces and apologize for the horrible food they were serving. How many different toppings and different names can you give corn bread? You would be amazed!! Equipment shortage: Remember this is not only a Nursing Home but also a Rehabilitation center. There was such a shortage of large wheelchairs that the therapists would have to borrow a patient's personal wheelchair or cancel sessions. This in a Rehab facility???? They also would move the television sets between patients because they didn't have enough to go around. The facility is clean but definitely dated and can use a fresh coat of paint. How accurate is my viewpoint. Try 100 days!!!

The place is clean and well organized.They are very helpful with any health care your loved ones need and they have fun events for the residents. In a difficulty time they make a bad situation much better !
