We had some things for maintenance to see to, but they have made sure to correct anything we have come across faster than other places I have stayed. Everything was addressed within 24-48 hours. The office staff are pretty amazing (shout out to Phyllis and LaQuinta) and make sure we feel welcome when we come in. These ladies see a hundred different faces a day and still manage to keep everyone straight. I do like the trailer we are in. It has new flooring and fresh paint and the deck has a fresh paint job. I have driven around the park and noticed it is very clean and there are improvements being made. There are some new basketball goals and a new liner in the pool we are excited to see when they have their party. The grass is always well maintained and pets are welcome. Everyone seems to work together to make sure everything stays clean. I must say we moved in knowing we may leave within a year as we are looking to buy a house soon. I want to point out that most places will require you to find a new tenant or cover the entire lease to move. Although this park does require some fees to cover their costs for you vacating early, it is not as extreme as other places we looked at. The main thing you have to do is communicate with the office. Matt is very understanding and willing to work through any issues or anything that may come up. People go through hard times and this place understands that. If we were not in the position to buy a house, this would be a place we would enjoy living at. The atmosphere is nice, most of the residents are pretty friendly and will smile and wave, and it is a safe place to be outside with the kiddos playing basketball or swimming or enjoying a nice walk. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.

Cynthia doesn't care about anything other than money. there's always a leak that YOU would be responsible for. you pay for amenities you can't even use. if you don't mow your lawn when she wants you too it's 100$ added to your rent. the rent goes up every year. they promise to fix any issues before you buy another lie Cynthia tells you. You're also responsible for the trees on the property. They never answer the phone. cats and dogs are taking over the community. My water cost me 1800$ because of a leak that was ongoing BEFORE I even moved in. Trust me this is not a safe or clean place to live.

My brother lived here many years ago and I have several friends that have lived here. However, I've never been interested in living here because I always thought the apartments were ugly. On my brother's suggestion, I checked them out anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! They've remodeled most of the units and they're absolutely adorable! Some units (only downstairs) have all wood flooring. Some have granite countertops and cherry cabinetry. I'm very impressed with how quiet the community is. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 10 years and I've never lived downstairs so I wasn't sure what to expect when I was given a downstairs unit. I can hear creaking in the floor upstairs. The neighbor directly above me moved, I believe but I do hear the tenant in the unit next to that one. I even heard her vacuuming yesterday! I didn't know what the noise was at first until I realized it was a vacuum cleaner!! As for my direct next door neighbors, they're amazing. I've met a few and they're so kind. I never hear them. I'm very happy with Cherie and Debbie, in the office. Maintenance has been very prompt and kind, as well. I've only been here a few weeks, but so far, I'm very happy. I miss my house in Arizona but living here has been a pleasant experience for apartment living. They do not offer amenities like many apartment communities offer. There is no gym, no WiFi in the community space in the office, no trash pick up, no covered parking, no dog park, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms or living rooms, no overhead lighting in those areas and no built in microwave. The grounds are nicely maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community.
