Bj rentals delayed my job by sending inoperable forklift that was sent to a senior citizen mobilehome park with no brakes and no lights. I called right away and they said "well, we can't do anything about it today". My subcontractor sent me a $800 delay bill for the forklift being a piece of shit. Worthless and old. I will never rent there again. I don't recommend the services and the workers there are disrespectful. They promised my company a 20% discount and they failed to do that too. I spoke with them this morning and "Jimmy" isn't answering my calls and has other employees answer. DONT RENT THERE, EQUIPMENT IS OLD!! I asked if it was an extra charge, I asked if it came with the saw rental or was separate, and I asked if you charged by the 1/1000th of usage. On all three questions the associate on the phone had to ask another associate for the answer. When I arrived to pick the rental up I was pissed to find out you do charge extra for the blade! These inconsistencies are reasons why larger operations will not use small services like yours, it makes lining out a job damn near impossible. Your staff needs formal training, not just crappy on the job training from whomever is working that day. And it was not as if a single employee did not have the correct information, like I said, he had to ask somebody off the phone for every single answer to every question I asked. As for the equipment, it was fine. A few loose screws in the saw body that popped out (something larger companies would have maintained). I would like a response back from management as I tried emailing your company and it automatically seems every email spam! I tried to write four different emails and it would not deliver a single one saying, "your email comes up as spam." What a joke

My favorite story is getting a piece of machinery stuck in the mud at my house. After an hour of fighting it I called the guys to come pick it up.
