We filled that thing with a ton of junk. Adirondack picked it up the very next day upon our request. I highly recommend Adirondack for their roll off dumpsters. We hired Canopy Walkers for jobs at two of our properties. One is our residence, the other a rental…read moreproperty. We asked Roger to finish our residence work before he started on the rental work. Both jobs were extensive, with many trees to cut (about 22 at our house), stumps to be ground, trunks to be cut to firewood length and brush to be put in an agreed location on our property. We paid Roger half of our total bill before he started work. We had to call/text him numerous times before he finally showed up with a crew and an attitude. They cut down most of the trees in a few hours. Then they left. Over the course of 9 weeks, many texts/calls Roger or someone he sent, managed to show up for a total of 4 times. The trees are all down, but they are not all cut up, none of the stumps are removed or ground up. At least one tree that I wanted to keep was damaged by a falling tree. I suspect another tree hit my garage as the gutter is mysteriously separated from the downspout and the downspout has a huge dent in it. Roger also took a Black Walnut tree without authorization because he wanted to use it/sell it. I cannot in good conscience recommend Canopy Walkers to anyone who has more than one day's work to be done. If you only have a tree or two, you might come out okay. Give your big jobs to someone who will finish your job before moving on to someone else. Needless to say, he will not be working at our rental property. We still hope we can convince Canopy Walkers to complete their contract with us, but they don't communicate with us, so we have no idea what plans they have for completion.

We have used his service many times over the years, and most recently we needed his help when a large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm around dinner time. Al offered to come out that night, but we felt we could wait until morning. Al and his helper Dave came to our house promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed. They cleared the limb and debris from our yard within an hour. We highly recommend Al's Tree Service, and we're going to call him next week to trim other trees in our yard.
