We moved into a new model-home whereas the builder spray-seeded the lawn but never took care of it for the first year. It was a forest of weeds when we moved in. By the next season, it was as fluffy and green as anyone could have gotten it as it was only a year old. CJ came back multiple times through the year to self-check the lawn, test the SOD depth, seed bare spots, etc., all without my need to request the help.
