This was in Sept 2021 and plumbers in Baxter had waiting lists at least three weeks out. My mom and aunt had hired Randy for previous work and gave him top notch reviews. I called him on Monday. He answered his phone (first major plus), he came over that evening to fix the water heater after regular hours for which he, too, was booked out three weeks (second major plus,) he repaired it within the warranty reimbursement allotment (third major plus), he gave advice on other plumbing questions in the house (fourth major plus), and he was extremely pleasant, helpful, smart, and patient with us who had been without hot water for three days :/ (best plus ever). This guy is a true gem.

On the most recent service call our technician removed a part and took It back to the shop, not long after the owner of the company called to tell us he wasn't sending our technician or anyone else back to fix the problem. He stated the reason was we "yelled at the technician" which never happened. Their service calls take around four hours for the guy to come out, remove a part, and order a new one. Expensive. The review from Terrance is a fake add this is the guy who bought out Sportsman's and it is now Shroeders and it is a terrible terrible company. I'm glad we are no longer with them.
