Everything was moist or well covered with gravy. The front of the restaurant that we were seated was Mozart themed with classical music playing in the background. It starts with fresh bread dough... I mean really, really fresh... the lady brought out the flour and started making the dough, amazing! The dough is shaped into pizza-like circles and pan fried golden brown. While that's happening, they prepare and fry up two huge pork schnitzels. When everything is ready, they assemble this massive sandwich topped with their lesco sauce, cheese and sauerkraut. They have other toppings if you want a more traditional schnitzel sandwich. Either way... the sandwich is spectacular!!! Combine that with their fresh cut fries and you're all set! Fantastic and friendly service. Again everything is made fresh so it make take a little while to prepare your order, but the sandwich is worth the wait!
