To passerby's it may just be a place to fuel up and grab a drink and snack. But to our community it's so much more. The owner has a local farm from which he sells beef and pork hear round. His Exxon has several coolers full of fresh meat for sale. Last year shortly after The pandemic happened demand for meat went up. Odell's worked tirelessly to keep up. And they did his very best to keep prices as reasonable as possible. I am thankful for our local farm raised beef and pork. Odell's Exxon is also a place to grab some breakfast or lunch from their kitchen. Grab it to go or enjoy it in their nice seating area where you are likely to witness many locals stop by and exhibit their West Virginia hospitality! My favorite meat is the cube steak, ground beef, and the pork sausage. Give them a try.

Seven people line wasn't moving so I walked around and asked the lady if I could get a receipt for my gas and she rolled her eyes and said if you get in line and wait your turn I'll give you a receipt. I told her I said I'll never buy my gas here again. My money will spend anywhere. There newest employee who's like 60 and has long white hair was rude as hell. I asked for a carton of cigarettes b cause they had a sale. Buy 2 get $2 off. So yeah I want 10. I ask can u ring me up individually cuz the carton doesn't do the deal. She tells me no and I'm like OK then if u can't open the carton I'll buy 10 individual please. She huffs and goes to the back to ask someone and then comes out smiling like yeah no we can't it's to busy. It was dead me and 1 guy looking at candy in my whole store. So I said okay well I'll take 6 packs then please. She slams the carton down and aggressively turns around to grab my 6 packs ​​and huffs and gives me a dirty look the whole time checking out. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a gas station and one I used to enjoy coming to as the employees are what makes a establishment. Your employees are the. Face of your company and if you don't hire correctly you will lose alot of service.
