I was tasked to print a photo and have it framed within a couple of days, tops. I went to The Lab and met Jennifer. What a lovely woman and helpful, accommodating, friendly, creative, and suggestive. All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." Cool! I will be returning to this business for future projects and I recommend you consider them for your printing needs!

I googled printing companies and found Santa Rosa printing. They were closing in an hour! I called and Ivan offered to wait until I could arrive, because the files were too large to email. Holy moly, the print job was incredible! Great detail in the images! And he had them ready for me in advance of my meeting in San Francisco! He really went beyond. It's easy to judge a business by how things go when everything runs smoothly, but I think the real…read moretest is how they handle the less agreeable moments. I recently ordered a print job and was horrified by the price when I went to pick it up--most likely due to my own misunderstanding of the process. The staff patiently walked me through how the pricing works and, after our conversation, reduced the cost from a pearl-clutching amount to something more like, "Okay, I can pay this--lesson learned." I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy they showed throughout the interaction. At the moment, given how their pricing model is structured, I wouldn't necessarily recommend them specifically for sewing pattern printing. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for more professional print jobs. Judging by the quality of their service, they likely have plenty of business already and could probably do just fine without the home sewing crowd....still, maybe some day.
