I brought my brand new 2025 Ford Raptor R to him for ceramic coating and to replace a dealer damaged Raptor sticker on the quarter panel. He is super detailed start to finish. He examined my car from end to end and then called me with a paint analysis on condition and offered recommendations. His PPF person removed and reinstalled the new quarter panel sticker and he went to work on the paint protection. As he worked through the process, he sent me videos and voice text messages to to keep me updated the entire time. He started with a complete wash and detail of the vehicle, followed by multiple coats of the ceramic treatment on everything from the paint to the windows to the grill to wheels-basically anything he could coat, he did. The inside was thoroughly cleaned and detailed. I am pretty sure it is cleaner than when it left the factory. I feel confident the product he uses will last and will protect my investment! Thanks Jay for an awesome job! And by the way, all this greatness, and Jay's pricing is way better than anyone else in town. How can you beat top notch quality and a fair price? Edited to respond to the owners comment: we went back and forth over text where I showed her…read morepictures. They genuinely think they did a good job. She then told me "she'd like to see me clean it spotless to see what it looked like" so I went outside with windex and cleaned the places he didn't touch... so they can keep making excuses that it was "too dirty and they couldn't clean it", but the reality is, they didn't touch it at all. We've been back and forth all day yesterday and yet she's commenting like we didn't talk all day about a solution.... It's ridiculous. Do not book these people. The other reviews have to be friends of theirs, that's all I can think of. As you look at my pictures, this is what i received after 7.5 hours of work. I stated that I had heavy pet hair (I have 3 dogs who are in it everyday) & that I would like an interior & exterior detail and they still quoted me $180. He was going to be almost 45 mins late the day I booked so I said that wasn't going to work, and asked to reschedule for the next day at 8 and asked for him to be on time. (ebony's excuse for why he was late was that he has a hard time loading the generator...) ..Today he showed up in a small car with no generator. Now im going to be frank, my car was dirty interiorly, im not discounting that. She called Morning of after hed already shown up and stated it would be an up charge because she didn't realize how heavy of pet hair it was. After speaking with her she agreed to stay at $180, however I still paid $210 for good merit. I told her that the dog hair was the least of my worries and that I was more concerned about the interior windows and side panels, dashboard, cup holder, etc. I made it clear the dogs would be back in it the next day because they ride with us everywhere, it just needed to be wiped down every 6mo or so. (we haven't detailed the interior since we've gotten it... other than vacuumed a few times.. so what you're seeing is the dirtiness from a years worth of dog.. minus the pet hair because he did spend 5 hours on that and I'm sure they'll post a pic about that.. which I'm not denying) She told me she'd relay that to the guy my concerns and what I wanted cleaned... At 1:15 she messaged me saying he was about 30-40 minutes from being done, so I went ahead and paid, like the idiot I am... At about 2:50 he states that he's done and I go out there to find nothing done on the inside but the vacuuming. I asked for steaming of the creases, shampooing of the seats... NONE of that was done. He then told me that I booked an interior vacuum and an exterior wash and wax. (I found them here on yelp and requested an interior detail/exterior detail/heavy pet hair) so not sure where the misinterpretation came from. But then when I talked to ebony, she said she told him what I had requested but he said he was told to focus on pet hair only. Which is not how our conversation went. Anyway. What a mess! He then told me that I could have come out intermittently and told him what I wanted... but I didn't know I needed to state interior windows , dashboard, plastic sides to be wiped down in an interior clean. I also am not going to micromanage a "professional" service while I am also working all day. I don't have time to come check up on your work all day. Eventually, I guess Ebony said she told him to stop what he was doing on the inside because he was spending too much time on it so that's why the windows/sides/dashboard/everything besides vacuuming didn't get cleaned. I have a child. So I had to ask him to leave because I needed to go pick up my kid from school. (Which took him another 20-30 minutes to pack up and leave) so she stated since I had A time restraint and so he wouldn't be able to finish the job .... Mind you, he was here From 8-3:30 and the only thing that got done was the vacuuming and a half ass exterior wash. She then stated she'd give me $90 back after I told her I'd leave a bad review but then walked that back and only gave me $60 because "he put a lot of time and effort into his work"... (I paid $30 extra dollars from the quoted price and she still wouldn't give that back. After 7.5 hours of "work".. this is what my car looked like. (See pictures) This car is barely a year old... 2024 Cherokee. edited to add a picture of the dog hair from YESTERDAY so you can somewhat get a visual at what the pet hair looked like Edit 2: Go ahead and go look at their instagram too!
