The Absolute Best Lash Extensions in London! I cannot…read morerecommend this place highly enough, they are truly the gold standard for lash extensions in London. I have tried several popular salons across the city, and the quality and consistency here are unmatched. The style is the best I've ever seen--perfectly tailored to my eye shape, flawless retention, and unbelievably lightweight. If you are looking for gorgeous, long-lasting, and perfectly styled lashes, look no further. Five stars doesn't do it justice!

Of course not I have the worst- looking eyebrows in London now And I paid the full £16 price even when I voiced my disappointment This might be a convenient place for eyelash extension or tint (did not try these treatments at lash bar but i am assuming they can be ok) but definitely not for eyebrows threading

The quality of treatment is appalling, my brows have been mutilated and look awful, too dark and uneven. When complaining I was told it was my age and that is why they are so thin? I mean really? DO NOT GO HERE!…read more Utterly incompetent service. I'd grown out my eyebrows for 3-4 weeks because I was looking forward to my visit to Browhaus; I've been to their locations in three other countries and they've always been uniformly good. At this location, an obnoxious little twit ignored my very simple instructions to leave my brows *thick* and with a high, pointy arch and proceeded to leave me with thin, flat eyebrows. Not only that, she also managed to inflict maximum pain while threading, pinching my skin more than a couple of times. All the while giving me *so much attitude* I almost thought she was my teenager. (I'm not entirely sure it was her, but when someone else in the staff was trying to help me figure out a solution, she also said, "That's five minutes of my life wasted!" I mean, come the *fuck* on. This is MY FACE and eyebrows take weeks to grow back!) It's also a really dingy, dark place, in the basement of a building, and the towels etc on the beds don't look like they've been washed in a few weeks. There's another Browhaus a couple of blocks away, do yourself a favor and go there instead, or to literally any other eyebrow salon in any corner of this city.

I got a Groupon voucher for waxing so perhaps things would have been different if I'd paid full price. However, I still didn't care much for the vibes I was getting from the lady who took care of me. Maybe she was just tired though. It was a Friday afternoon, to be Experience - all in all, I didn't have that great of an experience. I felt like I had to go over the work that was being done and keep my eyes peeled for errors, which is always a hassle when it comes to beauty treatments. Also when my treatment was over, I was kind of rushed out and it just didn't feel very nice on the receiving end. Hopefully if I ever did go back, I'd have a better story to tell.
