This Maverik station isn't exactly right off the freeway, but it's worth it to go to cause the store and restrooms are so nice. Get off from eastbound 80 on the business 80 exit and go to Hansen Street and go over the bridge over the railroad tracks and it's right there, can't miss it. All the pumps take credit cards just fine and are all modern. All fuel grades as well as diesel are available. We all pile out as I fill the tank. The crew goes inside to use the restrooms and get some road food. I told my one guy to get me some Funyons! This stop was with out any problems, all gassed up and back on the road. I went in and used the restrooms and they were more or less pretty clean. I fill a big cup with come coke and off we go till we need gas again!

They had other supplies I needed; I didn't try the restrooms. This might be the last stop for cheap fuel before you hit Fernley, Reno, and parts West. O'Reilly Auto Parts was our first stop where we were lucky enough to be helped by Patty, the store manager. Thinking it was a failed alternator, we had Patty do a 'test' to be certain. Unfortunately, the battery was dead and a test couldn't be done ... Patty pulls the company parts truck to give us a jump. Successfully started, it was determined we needed an alternator, which was in stock! Now the problem was getting it installed on a Friday evening at 4:30pm ... once again Patty to the rescue! Calling a few shops without success, she came up with one more place and they could help us. Beyond the realm of customer service, she then escorted us to this 'new' shop location since we weren't from the area, making sure we would find the help we needed. I want to thank Patty for taking extremely excellent care of us on our day of need!

They save me a hotel stay and a bill for the repairs from a mechanic. Now - just yesterday (April 7,2026) I made a similar roadtrip and stopped to pick up a few snacks around 2am. My total came to $13.31 (2 monster drinks and 2 bags of corn nuts, and a cup of ice) I didn't even get gas. There was no one in the store besides the employee, there wasn't even anyone getting gas as the gas area was taped off and the ground was getting some kind of pressure cleaning. Now I'm home and happened to take a look - and an additional charge of $175 has posted to my account from this same station. The employees are scamming people. Beware!

Two toilets were completely plugged, one stall had no toilet paper, there was no paper towels, and every garbage can was overflowing with trash--inside and outside. Garbage littered the ground. It was genuinely gross. What's worse is this station is brand new--but you'd never know it. It looked and felt completely neglected. We've always counted on Maverik as a reliable stop for gas, food, and a clean bathroom break during road trips, but this experience was terrible. From now on, we'll be going to the gas station across the street. At least they know how to maintain a basic level of cleanliness. Really disappointing.

How on earth do you have a dog area and not have water for them? Also, no poop bags. They had the dispenser, but both the Large & Small Dog areas were empty. Good thing we always bring our own bags with us to clean up.
