12/11/2025 @ 10:10pm I entered through the trucking side, as I needed to purchase fuel & DEF for my personal vehicle. I stood by the register as all the employees I saw ignored me not a hello, welcome or anything I stood at the register for 20 minutes. I would've rated 1 star however Jordan was a very good & kind employee who helped me out as soon as He has seen me. He was helping customers, taking care of the lot & doing his job very well. My biggest complaint is with the lady with brown hair who wasted time with the employee off the clock & took a smoke break in the time jordan was doing her job. She also failed to greet or address anyone entering on the truck side while she was behind the counter. I will be skipping this pilot next time I see it. read more

08APR24 ~ With me it normally comes down to people. Please fix your equipment & hire better people. I had just driven through several hours of torrential downpours & high winds, so I did not need the bad attitude of the cashier. I usually pay at the pump, so I do not have to go inside to pay for the gas, & I get a receipt at the pump. This was especially important on this occasion as it was pouring cats & dogs. The printer was not working... Bummer! I was drenched when I got inside. I went to the cashier to get a copy of my receipt. I told her that it would be nice if the printers worked. She completely ignored me. I told her why it was important to have the printers working so I would not be drenched as I was then. She just rolled her eyes tilted her head and looked at me like I was from Mars. I told her what pump it was, and she asked, "How much was it?" I told her that I did not know how much it was. She said that she needed to know how much it was. I told her I was not going out to the pump in the rain to find out. So she scoffed at me and did nothing. I told her that I pumped 5.01 gallons (I do keep up with my gas millage). She said gallons did not matter. I told her again it was pump #5. She was livid at this point. She printed out a receipt, which thankfully was the correct receipt, and slammed it down on the counter. I left, getting even more drenched going back out to my vehicle. In all fairness, as I decompress, as I was leaving the store a male employee, articulate & helpful, offered me a large trash bag to use as a raincoat but I declined. The pump area was spacious, clean, and well organized. The store interior had organized & with stocked shelves with just about everything you might need on a road trip. However, on that night, all I needed was a pump with a printer that worked & a cashier not to throw a bad attitude my way. Nice employees, large selection of items . It is hard to have several employees and all that I talked to have been great!

This is a very dangerous stop. The truck and vehicle traffic is awful. Always crowded and there is no traffic security with lights. They need traffic lights badly in this area. The cars going north and south are traveling 50-60 mph and have no regard nor stop signs. Very difficult to get in and out of this pilot without getting run over. read more

Pump 5 on the passenger pump at 12:30am over charged me. I released the handle and it continues counting gallons. I notified the attendant and she said they were having issues in the truck side too and was working to fix it. After 20 minutes one employee took me over to the two guys working on the pump and they said they would back pump 5 off. I said exactly what does that mean. They said you have to take up the refund with the manager. Gas station employee said she can't refund me to call Tony the GM Monday. Unacceptable! For me that's considered theft. Will be issuing a complaint. read more

The bathrooms weren't pleasant and they didn't have much of a variety of drinks like no Powerade lemonades and other.

Coffee is horrible over crowded n nasty pilot typically my favorite gas station while traveling n i will never come back to this one

If you have a camper and just get diesel, you are good. We, however, were looking to get gasoline, in our motor home. It was so tight (once the McDonald drive through line thinned out), that we had to unhitch our toad in order to get to the pump. Oh, and a few of the pumps were out of order. The Pilot app rates this place as "RV friendly." I suppose they are operating under the assumption that all RVs are diesel. It's possible to get a travel trailer in there, but if you don't know what you're doing, it could be a mess. The inside of the facility is clean. The people were friendly. I have no complaints about that part, but the RV access is a problem. read more

Very dirty, no outdoor seating, soap is like water and there are no paper towels to dry hands. Not a nice stop at all and even the customers are pretty shady. Didn't feel comfortable staying here at the over night truck stop. Would have kept going to the next one but it was already getting late and we would not have got a spot. read more

We stopped for our reset on a Friday, and there seemed to be plenty of parking at this Pilot all day and night. I like this spot, because there is a nice corner spot, with grass and sand that my dogs were able to run and play. I used the restroom inside twice, once around 9p, and once around 2a. Both times, it wes very dirty, floors were wet, and the whole place smelled a bit. The sink fixtures are outdated and the water pressure is way too high. According to my wife, the women's bathroom was even worse, but I wont get into that. While I was brushing my teeth, I noticed the manager come in to use the urinal. What immediately caught my eye, is the fact that his uniform manager shirt (a button up) was completely untucked. Which normally wouldn't be worth mentioning, BUT when he was finished, he went straight for the door, grabbing a paper towel on his way out. HE DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS!! Im going to take this time to remind you all that Pilot also serves fresh food. We showered in the handicap shower with the dual shower heads. There was no such thing as "warm" or "cold" in this shower. There was only one temp that, with much effort, I could get it to and actually stand the heat. But after 1 minute the temp would automatically get hotter and I'd have to get out of the stream and fight it again to cool down. It was the same high pressure, outdated sink fixture in the shower bathroom. There was also dirt and grime in all the corners of the room. I did notice one lady working her ass off in the main store, changing coffee, cleaning the glass, rotating hotdogs etc. The seemed very rushed and frustrated, as I imagine I would be if I was the one person who actually worked! The whole place had a "we don't care" atmosphere pretty much everywhere. Most Pilots keep everything in nice and maintained, but this location clearly is not on the same page as the rest of the company. I'd stop back if I was in the area, but overall this time was a pretty disappointing experience. And I'm really not that picky! read more

I am an OTR driver and this is far from my favorite Pilot. Used the restroom when I first got in, went to go sit down on the toilet seat and the whole seat jerked sideways and I almost fell into the toilet. It was completely broken. After fueling me and my husband went to the showers and were given the handicap one because it was bigger(I have a love/hate relationship with the employees that do this, because yes I do appreciate the thoughtfulness but the multiple shower heads and usual lack of water pressure are usually a disappointment when all I want is to do is relax.) Much to our surprise the pressure was good but we ended up battling the entire time with the temperature which varied between scalding and ultra scalding. Super frustrating. Shower itself was old, lazy grout repairs, hair about the corners of the room and general dinginess. Haven't tried the coffee yet and I can't speak for the McDonalds next door but like I said it's an "ehh" at best. ****EDIT Took away a star for my experience the morning I left. Two words. The bathrooms. There were 4 stalls to choose from and these were my options. 1. The broken toilet seat from the day before. 2. Clogged toilet and no toilet paper dispenser, that was on the floor. 3. Ajax powder all over the seat and the floor and bonus toilet brush laying there as well. 4. Clear liquid all over the seat and a large bloodied wad of paper towels hanging out of the garbage can and onto the floor. It felt like SAW, choose your fate wisely! Absolutely disgusting. Pluses: Safe fairly quiet large lot with enough spaces for cars, nice sized convenience store/travel center with variety, nice counter staff, and they let me use their microwave for my own popcorn (this was even before I bought something). Minuses: Everyone who has mentioned the dirty bathrooms (going back 2 years?!) is telling the truth. Dirty at 9 p.m. and still dirty at 7 a.m. next day. And the smell made me wonder if they were using some sort of sulfur-laced water in the toilets. Considering the price of the showers and the way the bathroom looked, I waited until I reached another truck stop. read more

On June 23rd, we purchased fuel at one of your stations in Tyler, TX. My question is how do they justify $151.00 charge off fee, as well as the actual fuel charge? This is the first company I've ever seen process transactions this way? How long before I get my off funds back in my account? Most companies take the funds from the off, not add to it. Worst place to stop. The bathroom was dirty and the cold water is scalding hot. You can't even wash your hands! Then the coffee sprayed me with hot coffee and I couldn't go wash it off. All around just bad. read more

I really didn't like the sit in restaurant I order a 10oz that I couldn't get a baked potato or I even tried to settle for mashed potatoes but unfortunately I was told there are no more with no attempt to prepare any but the shower was great the water pressure was like no other in any truck stop and it was very clean read more
