Easy access being located right on a major US HWY. it's open 24/7 and has plenty of fuel pumps. I've never had an instance where the pumps weren't working or questioned the cleanliness of their filters. This store is locally owned by a family that has deep roots in the town. Inside is always clean. There is a large selection of wines both locally sourced as well as large national suppliers. There's also a candy wall of assorted by the lb candy, an ice cream bar that serves blue bell ice cream, and other prepared lunches and snacks. There are also the usual snacks sodas and beer in the cooler. Attached to the convenience store is a Whataburger. This is a busy location and has had some growing pains but that is a separate review. The Whataburger and convenience store share a bathroom. I typically find that the bathroom could stand to have a little attention, but certainly not the worst in town. I actually drive a little out of my way to visit this location. I think it's worth it.

Many of the stations along the route were 30-40 cents higher, so it paid to gas up here, even though Gas prices in Corsicana were lower than I'd seen elsewhere along Highway 31. Kidd Jones had the lowest prices in the area. Best of all, I didn't have to leave my route to save money, so bonus savings! Only downside was that the receipt printer at the pump got stuck in "Receipt Printing" status, so I had to go inside for the receipt. Attendant was polite, and I somewhat regretted not taking the time to look around as the store seemed nicer-than-expected.
