This station is the biggest rip off for gas ever. Their prices were a dollar more per gallon ( $5.46) for 89 octane. Sinclair gas was $4.39 for PREMIUM ( 91 octane) on the same day. Pilot took advantage of the oil crisis and as I understand it they make their own gasoline. Too bad..used to be a good to place. Not anymore unless you want to get ripped off . I love this pilot everyone was so nice and greeted every customer that walked in. It was so clean and super busy but as soon as the associates noticed the line forming they immediately opened another checkout lane. They had a security card which was my first time seeing that at a Pilot. The truck parking area is not big so I suggest coming early. It's located at a the center of other food restaurants just in case you preferred something else. read more

Mobile fueling at this location is an absolute joke. The app never works but when it does, the pump will not let you enter in your code to start fueling. The store managers know nothing, customer service knows nothing and everyone stares at you dumbfounded. read more

Stopped by here on a road trip from LA, and it's probably the cleanest and nicest gas station I've been to. It's clean (including the bathrooms!) well-lit, has good food options, plenty of pumps at the gas station. Good find if you need to make a quick stop read more

I never use Pilot for gas. I only stop here to get snacks and drinks while traveling on the 5 freeway. They have a large selection of snacks. Customer service has always been good. This place does get crowded with truck drivers and travelers, so it's common to have long lines. read more

Pilot has been a family stop for years, we constantly visit this location when we're on the road. Yesterday New Year's Eve I got my keys stuck inside my car, I was locked out. I understand it was my bad luck, but the security on sight kept on insisting on hurrying up and leaving. Kept demanding we get going, that my husband was acting a fool and not actually trying to unlock our vehicle. This was very infuriating because we bought equipment from the pilot to try to unlock it. While he basically was harassing us by asking us to hurry up every 3 minutes. We didn't last over an hr it legit was 20 mins. I didn't have my phone on me it was inside my car, or else I'd contact lock smith. read more

It's hard to find parking slots open in this location, which to me is an indication of how popular this place is! I managed to get a spot in around 30 minutes, by patiently waiting for someone leaving. I was tempted to park beside a pump just to go inside the store, but nah...civilized barbarian here! Ha-ha-ha! I always love stopping at these centers. The store is always huge and full of items that it might take you an hour or so to browse the stock. And it is clean and well-lit! The staff are always helpful, and they always open extra check-out counters if the customer lines get long. And the comfort rooms are always clean and always tended to. The also have a large selection of food here...cold and hot ones. The staff are always available to help you with the hot food. Pandemic precautions are in place. They require customers to wear masks and they do enforce it. They have hand sanitizers at the entry points. And the staff are masked and gloved as well. Michael Jackson would have been proud! Fantastic place. I needed to use the shower service and it was very clean,included a towel and the water was sufficiently hot. It was my first time there and I didn't know what to expect but I was blown away at the facilities. The service was additionally exceptional with very friendly attendants- one was even singing and not too badly. I plan on returning and I hope they're all like this. read more

Worst customer service, my dad had asked the lady in the front for help. She then procedes to reply in a rude attitude, roll her eyes and when my dad turned his back she starts mumbling words at him, which looked like she was insulting him. It looked like they were having a busy day which caused them to be stressed but it is still no excuse to treat customers this way, it's unacceptable. Another great pilot center. What can I say I am addicted to their coffee. Especially the new set up. Fresh ground beans. Any chance and time that I have on the road I will always stop for a break, to stock up on road supplies, coffee and gasoline. Word of advice, download the app and sign up for their rewards program. Pilot pit stop before heading north over the mountain to Bakersfield. They have been remodeling this one for a while. But great news - it's all paying off!! Nice, clean, very spacious upgraded location. I love the new food counter with options like meatloaf (yes, I said meatloaf), steak burgers, chicken, pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, burritos, and salads. Oh and let me not forget to mention there is a Cinnamon inside (yes - ladies and gentleman this is awesome!). Now I can get a tasty beverage and get a fresh sweet treat too! One wouldn't think of me as a truck stop kinda guy. I mean, I'm a tidy, European-car-driving, educated professional who has a reputation for being a bit of a snob about certain things. Truck stops would seem anathema to this. However, something about Pilot Travel Centers works for me. Whenever I'm on a long road trip and I see one, if I have any need whatseover, I use that as an excuse to stop. The gas is generally cheaper than anywhere else, they have a HUGE convenience store that has anything you might need. Corn nuts? Check. Cheap coffee? Check. Windshield washer fluid? Check. Donor kidney? Check. I mean, it's just that big. Plus, there are always enough pumps that you don't have to get in queue and wait your turn. Same can be said for the men's room. Generally there are 20 stalls and 20 urinals. There's something to be said for not having to wait for anything when you're stopping for gas. After all, ponce or not, I'm still a man, and I judge myself on my total time elapsed from point A to point B. read more

This gas station is slightly further off the freeway than it's more visible-from-the-freeway competitors, Shell and 76, but definitely is the better choice. It is big, has a nice "quickee" store, large clean bathrooms, and better gas prices. It does give me chills after reading the other reviewers and their experiences with credit card fraud. There's a Wendy's restaurant inside, and the convenience store was well stocked with a diverse selection of munchies and beverages to satisfy everyone in the car. The bathrooms are attractively decorated (fake plants and everything) and very clean. There was an old fashioned art deco looking scale that softens the blow of telling you your weight by delivering your lucky lottery numbers and a personal daily message to cheer you up. Lowest price in the area, plus the close proximity to the 5 means his place draws the scum of the earth. It was once a decent place to stop, but times have changed. Be aware, It's typical for inconsiderate gas buyers to leave their cars for 20 minutes or more while inside shopping. The idea that one could buy gas first and move their car to shop is lost on these a-holes. Moreover, staff are rude and inefficient, so it's no wonder the long lines inside move like molasses, which of course affects the outside lines. AVOID! read more
