I have to admit after using Jessica to book my cruises I will never book a cruise myself again…read more She makes the booking experience so easy and the communication process with the cruise lines a breeze. Due to COVID protocols we have to check ourselves in for the ship but she takes care of everything else. Plus if there is a trip you want to go on but don't know exactly when , where , what venue or company she is so helpful with the company. She is amazing. A little word of advice though the address on YELP is incorrect. COVID closed the office they are per phone for now but still amazing help. - give you the idea we have booked 3 cruises with her since the cruise ban has been lifted. Again you will not be disappointed.

I originally reached out to buy a particular school bus I saw on the site. I called to ask about it. They were very nice on the phone. Because I hadn't seen this bus in-person but I was interested, I asked if I could put a hold on it before deciding if I was going to pay on layaway. I double checked that the hold was refundable because I still hadn't seen this bus in person. They said it was. I paid a $1000 fee to hold it. I was then sent some paperwork for the layaway. I didn't sign it quite yet because I still hadn't seen the bus in person. Then I got really sick. I started having seizures. There's no way I can take on this bus project and I'm spending all my money on my healthcare. I reached out and said that I was so sorry but that I have gotten really sick, and I can no longer afford the bus purchase and if they can please refund the $1000. They say that I agreed to pay for that bus and that they won't refund me. I tell them that I never signed anything because I got sick. They told me that I can transfer to a new bus if I want, but I can't be refunded. I would have never agreed to a $1000 hold for a bus I had never seen that was non-refundable. My partner even heard me ask. Please do not use this company unless you are positive you are going to buy the bus you are putting a hold on.

Don't waste your time with this company. Not good customer service at all. Also- told my venue about the situation and they said they would have warned me! They have done this to other people on their 30k+ wedding day... Like I don't have enough stress right now. I was depending on them and they completely let me down. Absolutely ridiculous. My bill came out to $37 for the evening and throughout the evening I put three $20 bills in the glass jar and the bartender serve it. I'm the only game in town so nobody's going to pay attention to the way anyway. so after that, I would not recommend this establishment to any type of event. Very poor quality and taste if you ask me.
