At any rate, we just joined the Good Sam camping club and with that paid membership, were supposed to get a small percentage off per gallon from Pilots... not here. At first my GoodSam card wouldn't swipe at the pump, so my husband went in to pay. He came back out and said that the wouldn't let him use my credit card. I went back in and she explained and I was cordial and explained back to her that if someone was to be using a stolen card, they would've swiped it at the pump and that it was the GoodSam discount that brought us inside. She looked at me as if she's had an epiphany. After I stood there inside, while my husband pumped the gas, finally it was over and THEN I learned that she didn't swipe the discount card, so all of that fiasco for nothing! The manager wasn't any different, I'll leave it at that. He listened to the entire thing and then at the end spoke up and said that location doesn't extend the Good Sam discount.

But, the owners do a good job of keeping everything running, and always seem to be working on something new, while hassling their patrons to keep it moving. I also had to say something about some gross trash near a pump once and they very came out and got it, looking embarrassed, and with some thank yous to me. The chicken in the back always seems to be a favorite. And as an added bonus, they carry hookah coals, bowls, and other paraphenalia... right up front! Yes, this is correct, not a generalized, no confirmable complaint, but one that pharmacy staff confirmed (twice) in person that my refills were eliminated by a pharmacy staff person, though they refused to ID this person . My suggestion, if you have any other prescription option for pharmaceutical coverage, take it. The savings provided by Kroger's isn't worth the stress and complications You will ensure.
