The parking lot had parking spots to walk up and order if need be and it was very clean. Will definitely be back to try more coffee specials.

It seems like they had a staff change because we don't see the regular baristas that we used to and the new ones have ATTITUDE. They are not friendly at all and apparently cannot make coffee like the old staff. Hopefully that changes with them being there longer but it's hard to want to go here and tip the baristas when they're so rude. Not asking for much, just basic friendly customer service.

Jenny? We sat and checked out the extensive and impressive menu. We were both really tempted by the pasta dishes, but opted instead for a shared large pizza, and we each got a diet coke. We got mushrooms, pineapple, pepperoni and jalapenos. Took about 15 minutes- not overly long. The pizza was awesome. Perfectly crispy crust- flavorful toppings- not greasy. We were super hungry (and the two of us have been known to throw back an entire large pizza) but we had 4 slices left when we were done, to take home. For a large pizza, 4 toppings and 2 soft drinks we paid $47. The drinks were $7.50...I'll never understand how a soft drink is $3.75...the markup is just tremendous. And the pizza was not *cheap* but damn, it was good. Really good. I look forward to going back and trying out the pasta dishes, though since we don't live close by it'll either be a road trip to get there or it'll be on our way to or from somewhere else. We didn't think so, but our server needed to 'talk' to the kitchen. The manager came and said that our expectation would be 'rude' as she spread-out her hands to indicate the number of pending orders. Apparently, having a table unnoticed for 50 minutes with a lost order not discovered until we asked - was not 'rude' I was completely bewildered at her response. There was no attitude of apology. As we left, the manager said 'have a good day' with a tone that said - you don't know how bad my day has been. I say, if you don't have resources to provide proper service, don't seat people. Not to our surprise, they were very fresh and cheap again! We stocked up on veggies and fruit for our weekend dinners and meals during the week. We walked out of there with $11.72 worth of food that would have clearly have cost us over $40 at Safeway or QFC. I would definitely stop here again and again.
