It's really a very special community, unlike any other group Pilates I've experienced. The classes were fun and challenging and we felt like we got a full body workout with each class. The classes at our home studio are 45 minutes but Jolene's were an hour which really gave us the opportunity to take time with each movement and stretch in between each exercise. Throughout the week we have a plethora of instructor-led fitness classes, including (but not limited to) yoga, primal, cycling, pilates, zumba, kickboxing, and more! Our pick-up sports include basketball, pickleball, futsal, volleyball, and dodgeball.
