Pilates Via is a first-class Pilates studio with very professional instructors. The classes are efficient and the groups are small, which means that you get a powerful workout with instructors who give individual correction. The studio is also centrally located and very well maintained. Cannot get any better! read more

Established in 2016.

Pilates Via grundades i Stockholm av Stephanie Fjalestad år 2016. Stephanie har sedan starten tränat över 100 klienter i Klassisk Pilates, Mamma Pilates, Gravid Pilates och MELT.

Meet the Business Owner: Stephanie F.

Tidigare dansare och klassisk Pilates instruktör utbildad under ledning av Joseph Pilates protégé Romana Kryzanowska. Med 18 års erfarenhet av undervisning och alltid positiv, motiverande och redo att utmana sina klienter i en säker, bekväm och rolig miljö för att uppfylla deras individuella mål. Erfarenhet av att undervisa människor i alla åldrar, kroppstyper, atletiska förmågor, prenatal och postnatal och kunna ändra övningar för olika typer skador. Hon har tålamod med nya elever och är en effektiv kommunikatör. Hon älskar inget annat än när en klient upplever ett genombrott i träningen som ett resultat av att träna Pilates. Stephanie flyttade till Stockholm i juni 2015 och är jätteglad över att nu kunna börja undervisa här i Stockholm.

Oh, and barre. International and eclectic vibe. Lot's of locals who live in the neighbour hood go here. Their master trainer Tony used to work in London before becoming the first trainer in Sweden who also trains other trainers. Upbeat personality, hard classes but time passes fast and before you know it, is over. Warning: Megaformer is addictive.. once you're in it you need to go a few times a week to get that burn!
