I have found these sessions very impactful in helping my stress and exploring my inner world. Each session is like a journey for me. I never know what I will experience, but each time, I have been surprised and delighted to discover new levels of energetic healing. I leave the sessions so relaxed and in touch with my self. Pilates Santa Fe was very welcoming! They offer small group and private classes.I was going to be in town for a few days and was able to get into their Saturday small group class. I've been attending Mat and Reformer Pilates classes at Pilates Santa Fe for slightly over a year- I've found the exercise routine that I actually love! Owner Ray and instructors Mike, Camille, Gabby and Jeanette are the real deal- a couple are ex-pro dancers and all are deeply knowledgeable about Pilates methods. Studio is spotless, well equipped and centrally located near Plaza. Could not recommend more highly! read more

While I am new to Pilates, I am not new to other various forms of exercise often on a highly competitive level. I had a stroke 4 years ago and have been through several of the PT offerings in Santa Fe and have not felt like they met my needs, mainly because they do not listen. Yoga has been a huge help on one level, but I know I need more and or something else....this is the best experience I have had to date, and well worth the money. Ray is a thoughtful and skilled professional. I am glad our chance meeting was maybe not really by chance....and I thank whoever is looking out for me. The studio is very well equipped and clean. I have been to many Pilates studios in the U.S. and Pilates Santa Fe was definitely one of the best. The staff was amazing, the owner is very nice and educated in his field, and the facility is so new and clean. They have reformers, cadillacs, and a bunch of other equipment. The instructor that I worked with left me feeling great when I walked out of the studio, yet I felt so strong (and sore) the next day. There is no way that I would go to another studio in Santa Fe at this point. read more
