Our classes deliver a strength-focused, high-quality experience with personal-training energy in a group setting. Expect clear coaching, smart progressions, and a workout that builds your body from the inside out.
Our signature Slow Burn Method™ emphasizes deep core strength, control, alignment, and endurance. Instead of rushing through movements, we focus on precise work that improves posture, stability, and total-body strength — so you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
We’re proudly 100% veteran-owned and operated, and we welcome the whole community — including moms, busy professionals, military families, and anyone who wants a challenging workout that’s still joint-friendly and intentional. Whether you’re new to reformer Pilates, returning after time away, or looking for smarter strength training, our coaching meets you where you are and helps you progress safely.
You’ll also find supportive options like Real Men Do Pilates classes and beginner-friendly guidance that makes it easy to start and stick with it.
Your Strength. Your Movement. Your Way.
History
Established in 2026.
Pilates My Way was founded in 2026 to bring personalized, reformer-based Pilates to the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania community. Created by a retired U.S. Army officer and certified Pilates instructor, the studio was built on the idea that fitness should feel supportive, structured, and accessible for everyBODY. Pilates My Way was designed to offer small-group reformer classes with hands-on coaching so clients feel confident, guided, and never lost in a room full of machines.
