I absolutely love this Pilates studio! It has truly become my safe space. I've been coming here for the past two years, basically since they opened, and I always look forward to my classes. All of the instructors are so welcoming, kind, and encouraging--but don't let that fool you because they WILL kick your ass in the best way possible! The atmosphere is always comfortable and positive, and I've always felt supported here no matter what level I'm at. I also love that they bring in different vendors on Saturdays! It's such a cute touch and makes the studio feel even more like a little community. After two years, I can genuinely say this is a place I'm so happy to be a part of. If you're looking for a Pilates studio where you can feel comfortable, challenged, and welcomed, I definitely recommend it! read more

I have been attending the Rialto location for a year now, and it is the best part of my routine. The instructors are incredibly patient and helpful, but they always know exactly how to push you to do your best. You get to know the instructors, making every class feel like friends among friends.I used to be a regular at the 5:00 AM classes, but I have recently switched to the afternoon Spanish classes, and they are fantastic. No matter what time you walk through the door, the vibes are always good and the energy is unmatched. read more

I have been coming to Pilates and I for a while and love it! All the instructors I have had class with have been amazing! I've tried other Pilates studios and no other comes close. When I first started coming here the thing that I loved most was how inclusive it felt. I am a bigger girl and usually Pilates studios have a rep for being a place where someone like me can be looked at and not fit in. Not here! They are so welcoming and as a postpartum mom who was so insecure I am so thankful for that. Not only are they welcoming, the classes are $17. This shows that they are trying to make Pilates more accessible. I love this place and really urge ppl to give it a try! read more

What a beautiful, warm, welcoming and relaxing studio. Fantastic instructors with push yourself to the limits movements incorporated into each session. This studio is limited to the number of people but offers multiple times beginning at 5am - 8pm daily. $17 a class and no monthly pass discounts- but scheduling is easy online and payments are a breeze (also online). Classes fill up fast; however with two locations to choose from you can always find a class. read more

I had an appointment scheduled but the day of my appointment my car decided to have problems. I tried to cancel my appointment but the website said it's too late. I was hoping to call to see if I can schedule it a different day but no phone numbers listed anywhere. Sucks that my $17 is wasted, I was hoping to speak with someone to reschedule. So weird how they don't have a phone number anywhere. read more

I've tried other pilates places and none are as inclusive and welcoming as this one. I rarely leave reviews but if you are curvy/plus size and looking for a safe and comfortable place to move your body this is a great place. I have been going for a year now, have taken classes with most, if not all, of the instructors and they all have approachable attitudes and support their students well. There is an instructor for everyone you just have to try it out. Also shout out to the owner who is so nice and strong, truly an inspiration for fellow female business owners! read more

I love this studio! All instructors are amazing they teach you hands on how to work with reformer, classes do book fast so I normally do put an alarm for every Monday at 930 to login and select classes by 10! Obviously if it fully books you know it makes it's amazing here read more

I had hyped this place up for myself and others, and it was such a shame to be walking out disappointed at the end of it. The class was truly nice and I would come again just not with the same instructor. I had went in for the first time ever for Hora de Comadres at 9AM, the class was great, no complaints up until my mother had showed up 30 mins after the class had started, that wasn't the problem I understood and so did she that it was just too late for her to begin the class, what had bothered me and ticked me off was that still 10 minutes after that had happened she was talking about it to two other clients, now the instructor who goes by lari which I assume is Larissa, was saying "I can't believe that lady had the nerve to still think she'd be able to attend the class" and other things along those lines. Now besides the point of it being my mother, and I know the instructor wasn't aware that that was my mom, I found it very unpleasant and unprofessional to be speaking that way about a client, a paying customer, to other clients. Now I know I myself have some biased opinion over it considering how personal the situation was to me, but I also put myself in the position of that not being my mom and hearing an instructor talk ill about a client still rubbed the wrong way, I mean what's to guarantee me that she wouldn't do that to me, or any other client. I understand that people will always judge and not always be kind to others but as someone who works with people on the daily, it is part of the job to be as kind as can be, and to make others feel comfortable is a crucial part when working with others. It was unnecessary to continue to speak about my mother and even more so terrible to hear her continue to laugh at her. I hope no one else has experienced this and I hope that Lari learns from this incident. read more

Very rude staff and owner. They could really use the time to learn how to talk to their clients

Such a great experience. My first time doing a Pilates class. I did the Sunday stretching. The instructor Marlena was calm, supportive, and very attentive.
