    Latte w/ Almond Milk ($7)
    Anonymous P.

Fast-casual service. In the AM, it's your average coffee bar (with an exceptional ocean view). I enjoyed the latte with the view. Seasonal lattes. Typical syrup selections (+ sugar free Vanilla & caramel) & dairy-free milk options (almond, soy, oat). Note: There's limited food/ drink options other than the resort-owned establishments. Would I usually pay $7 for a latte? No. But when you're on vacation and there are limited coffee options (besides the in room coffee maker), I guess the answer is Yes.

Every time I come here, I always get great service as well as drink recommendations and this time I got some bar snacks: taro chips! Yummmm gorgeous view, great breeze and time to myself! Hee What else is there to ask for? Hee. The bartenders are all locals and they can give great advice about places to go as well as local events and sites to see!

This place double duties as a coffee shop by morning and a cocktail place at night! The review os primarily for the night experience. In the morning is serves coffee and breakfast items. Platinum and above guests can also pick up breakfast to go if they don't want to sit in the restaurant and it consists of coffee , fruit and yogurt. There is also a shop that is open all day with snacks to go. At night there is a small menu and it's also a place to grab a cocktail and watch the sunset! Be aware that cocktails are crazy cost and make Vegas high end places look cheap ! I think mine was $18 but that's par for the course in Hawaii and you do get unparalleled sunset views. Service is spotty!! We were never served the whole time we were there. But it's no big deal to grab a drink and sit down! Also they were missing a few ingredients for some of the cocktails. Drinks however are great but be aware they pour strong !! Mine was crazy potent. Mix of beer, wine , liquor and tropical cocktails. I tried their take on a coral reef, I say a take as they were missing the elderflower liquor but it was still very good though strong ! The second time I had the cucumber lavender lemonade which was so good They will also make up mocktails for the kids too! Nice for a cocktail and sunset views

Located inside the Westin Hapuna Beach resort, Piko Bar is a great place to grab a cocktail and appetizer and just take in the great view of Hapuna Beach. We ordered drinks just before sunset and it was awesome hearing the waves crash on the shore. Recommendations: For whiskey lovers, order the Tiki Old Fashioned, which is made with High West Double Rye Whiskey along with Koloa Coffee Rum. For a tropical drink, order the Ebb & Flow, which is made with Malibu Rum & Tropical juices. For an appetizer, order the Edamumus, a soybean humus. It was such a tasty surprise.

Love this spot for pau hana. Not so much for coffee. Grab & go -- during the day, this coffee/pastry bar (as well as the snack shop nearby) is grab & go, meaning you can just take whatever you want and pay at the register. Being a first timer here, I didn't know the system yet and the barista seemed confused by my confusion so it was just a strange experience overall. Also, the chai latte isn't great. Pau hana -- In the evening, this space turns into a bar with cocktails and sushi. My colleagues and I took up a large area, moving some furniture around to make a meeting space of sorts and the waitress helping us was super kind and accommodating. She even went out of her way to get our party bottles of chardonnay they didn't have on the menu. I'm sure it gets crazy managing a party of 12+, especially when everyone is leaving at different times and paying on different rooms, but our waitress handled us with patience and grace. Their draft beer is crisp and the Chirashi bowl was delicious and filling (I think most of the people in my party ordered the same thing)!

Where do I start? The view: whether it was early morning grabbing a Kona coffee and munching on delectable mini pastries (the banana bread was really moist and flavorful...what kind of magical do you use?) while watching the pale colors of the sunrise transform into a bright day or relaxing at the end of one, while sipping on a cocktail, this is where you want start or end your day. My bf was obsessed with the tiki old-fashioned while I loved my light pina coladas- a very special thank you to Jerry, our mixologist. He's a tall and handsome fellow with these blue-green eyes and he'll give you the inside scoop on places to visit. You can pick up spam musubi, other hot menu items (salmon and rice), chips, macadamia nuts, soft drinks (try the Aloha guava or passionfruit punch), dessert, fruit plates, all in the self-service section. Definitely stop by this place for to-go items or sit and stay for the view.

You cannot beat this view. Also, they had friendly service, amazing ceviche (a surprisingly good amount) and the drinks were very good too. We got the jalapeño-hibiscus margarita and the pineapple mojito. Both tasty.

Wow. Didn't realize this was the coffee bar for the Westin at Hapuna Beach. I've never been inside such a gobsmackingly gorgeous resort. Down on level from the breathtaking lobby is a busy little coffee stand. For not much more than $12 I got two cappuccinos and a box with two malasadas - maybe this cafe is subsidized for the schmancy guests? Very good coffee which I then ended up spilling ALL of after arriving at Hapuna. I put my cup on top of the car but it was so windy that it blew off and splattered all around. Le sigh.

Views - PERFECT sunsets. Cocktails - exceptional, interesting, creative. Service - the bartender I interacted with several times was so sweet! She was cheerful and had great drink recommendations. My fiancée and I loved the coconut foam in the Aolani Tai, and a day later when I asked the bartender if I could buy a little coconut foam to put on another drink I had in the room, she gave me a cup of it free since we liked it so much. The little things like that really are above and beyond.

Piko had the best iced lattes my husband and I have had on the island thus far!!!! The coffee is sooo delicious and aromatic with every sip! Just maybe ask for light ice as it's filled all the way with ice but that's what makes you want to get another and another

Our dinner server Richelle (sp?) was flawless...the quintessential mix of excellent service and personality that makes a special meal memorable. The food was outstanding...the scallop and prawn dish was extraordinary. The tomato soup was not as humble as one would think...satisfying to the core. Fresh salads, fish, pastas, bread, desserts, etc...all delicious! Cocktails and wine choices were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was over the top. I don't know what more could be added to the choices. If nothing else, go for the macadamia nut sticky buns...oh my goodness. The woman who kept the buffet line stocked and running smoothly was amazing...she's been here for 30+ years, impressive...this says a lot about the establishment. Every single staff member we encountered provided excellent service...professional, friendly, welcoming, respectful. Wonderful dining experience.

We planned this evening well in advance, making reservations over a month ago and explicitly noting the milestone celebration. My husband even called ahead of time to confirm, and the staff assured us they would do something special for them. The letdown began right at arrival. The hostess was passive and asked our table, "Who is celebrating their anniversary?" Given that our party consisted of two couples under 40 and my in-laws, it felt incredibly unobservant and careless for a luxury resort host team. Later in the meal, my husband quietly asked our server if anything special was planned for the occasion, only to be told, "No, we don't do that." Beyond a casual, passing verbal acknowledgment, absolutely nothing was done. The only true highlight of the evening was the beautiful view. Our server was friendly, though a bit awkward, but the kitchen and bar execution were highly disappointing: * **The Drinks:** Highly overpriced for the size, lacking in flavor, and tasted noticeably watered down. * **The Pacing:** While thankfully, we were in no rush, it took a tremendous amount of time to receive our appetizers and salads, though the entrees did arrive quickly after. * **The Food:** Every dish was exceptionally expensive, yet the portion sizes were minuscule and entirely flavorless. The Caesar salad, in particular, had a very strange, off-putting flavor profile. * **Dessert:** We ordered the $17 cheesecake, which was absolutely tiny. For a premium dining experience on the coast at a luxury resort, you expect a balance of ambiance, culinary excellence, and attentive service. While Manta has the ambiance down, the food and hospitality were entirely lacking. We left the restaurant hungry, deeply disappointed, and feeling that our family's major milestone deserved a much higher level of care than what we received.
