Had the furnace go in winter, he was there within hours and didn't stop until the job was done to perfection! Coupled with an ice slide demolishing my AC outside, John took care of that at the same time. He came back today to charge the AC unit and it's running beautifully!! I didn't even have to call him and remind/ask him to come out and do it! He called me, as he had it on HIS calendar and did it on a Saturday morning. He said he knew the weekend would be warming up and wanted my family comfortable. I can't say enough about the company and their professionalism! I will never call anyone else!!!

His attention to detail, impeccable quality, and value for money are unparalleled. He walked me though the entire selection process with patience and his experience in design and remodelling were so helpful in those times when I just couldn't decide what I wanted. His team, lead by Rob, were so kind, organized, and worked so clean, even through the demolition stages of my build! They really seemed to respect my home and treated my family with so much respect every time they were there. The guys really seemed like they not only knew exactly what they were doing, but loved doing it. They were fun to interact with, funny, and treated each other with respect too. I can't say enough about the spaces that they created for me and my family. The kids really enjoy their new spaces, my wife LOVES her kitchen, and overall I don't know if I could ask for more. The project was completed on time and for exactly the price that they had said it would be. Even with some surprises along the way, I felt like I was treated fairly and the costs were kept reasonable. If you need a reliable and honest contractor in the Niagara region, I would definitely recommend SteveBuilt!

In addition to replacing our air conditioning system, he actually took it upon himself to register the unit and to pay to have the appropriate cover sent to us.
