The staff who assisted a customer by lifting the customer's goods from their car to the in the inside of the building, he also assisted in applying tape to the detergent and bottles of liquid to prevent spillage. The same staff asked if I was finished because they are closing. Even though a customer arrived after I was finished packing. Meanwhile, I paid and I was finished with the process. He noted he can't wrap the box today because it is after 5:30 p.m. and he has a lot of work to do. The man was irritated because I questioned him. I don't know what cowboy show they are running but if I am paying I expect service. Baffled, I left the building. received a call from the agent who I paid the transaction stating I left garbage at the facility and I will be fined. Untrue, base on ordinance the business is responsible for maintaining their property. They removed the dumpster and you have to take your package/ wrapping. Savings for Laparkan. I returned and I witnessed the box of the customer who came after me box was taped. The time it took for the staff to lift the goods, apply tape and tape the box he could have wrapped my box. My box was unwrapped and I wanted to ask for a refund but I wasn't sure if the commercial bin could fit in my vehicle. I called and asked the agent who took my payment if they have a friend- customer service policy ( service is rendered to who you are and who you know, payment doesn't mean anything), and she replied she was new. All they cared about was that the key was returned late and as a penalty, a month's rent shall be withheld from security deposit.
