Honestly they have pretty decent prices and I love the way my piercings turned out. My only problem with my experience was how god awful rude the woman who "helped" me was. When asked if we needed help I told her not at the moment but i did plan on getting a piercing, I was just looking at earrings, deciding which ones I wanted first. She then proceeded to stand there and stare at me the whole time as if I was holding her up or something. As if I didn't just tell her I didn't currently need her assistance. She continued to stand there staring at me as if I was annoying her and holding her up, to the point where she said "maybe you want to take a walk around the mall and think about it". First of all, I'm a grown ass woman and I'll shop around for something for as long as I'd like. Keep in mind I had been there for roughly only four to five minutes at this point... Secondly, I told her straight to her face I didn't need her help at the moment, I was taking some time picking out what earring I wanted. Not for one minute did I want/need her staring at me while I just tried to shop around. After the uncomfortable process of simply trying to pick out an earring, I politely picked a pair and she turned around and must of said something negative about me to her coworker bc the coworker turned around and looked at me like I had done something wrong. What a joke. This woman's rudeness continued on for the duration of the uncomfortable ten minutes or so I had to spend there getting the piercings done, including talking to me with her back completely turned away from me. Who does that?! I was so excited to get a few piercings done and she honestly ruined the whole experience for me. If the customer service hadn't been so horrible, I would give this place more stars. Words of advice to this woman and anyone else reading this: if you don't know how to be kind to people or have absolutely NO customer service skills, get the hell out of customer service. read more
