Clay listened to what I wanted and found a choice of stones for me to choose from. The setting was re-set with the new stone, the old stone returned to me and a GIA certificate accompanied my ring, better than I imagined. This is my second experience with Pollock's. We then were told that the trade up value has to be double than the original. That came as a surprise to me as I was never told that. So I asked to speak with a manager to see if he would be willing to work with me. I told him how we were never told anything about the trade-in value being double, upon buying the first ring. He just kept repeating himself that they disclose everything when they sell a ring. Well, they didn't. He was basically just calling me a liar. Then he flip flopped between "We disclose everything" and "We don't have to disclose anything". This manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't let him manage a $1 burger joint. I'd rather pawn the ring and buy a new one somewhere else than to deal with this individual ever again. It's a business's employees that make or break a business. And this "manager" most definitely isn't making it.
