I have been a consigner there nearly since day one.I must say these femal employes now are never friendly nor will hardly react to someone who is trying to bring them out of their state of discust they appear to be in. I never get rich on my consignments they always appear to go for cheap prices at least on paper.The owner Mr.is however very nice & friendly but has retired. I left a new LV mini handbag & it was gone but on my paper I never got paid for it nor would it have been donated from lack of sale either it was nice. I have been a consigner here for over 10 years and always happy with the service I receive. Staff care about their customers, one even remembers my seller number by heart. Lovely place to shop as well. I find great deals on dresses, some that have never been worn with tags still attached, to take on out of town adventures and wear to fun dinners out. I would give this store zero stars if possible. The store refuses to accept returns even when they are at fault. They do not give out receipts unless you demand one. They put random women's clothing and shoes in the mens section so beware of what you buy here! The employees are as sweet as can be until you have a problem. Then they are rude! The prices are high for a thrift store. There's too many thrift stores in the area to waste your time with the this one. read more

Very rude customer service. I came to the shop at 9:58 and the clerk was unlocking the door. She rudely said, "We're not open yet," and walked in, closing the door behind her. She could have been more friendly, and I think most shop keepers would just say to come on in, especially given the fact that it's pouring the rain. Local shops need to work on customer service if they want us to shop at them. read more

Not only is this stores merchandise way over priced, it's terribly outdated. They underpay their consignees, then they mark-up about 200%, it's disgusting. The staff is terribly rude and disconnected. When I visited I had my three-year-old with me, and when she has to go, she has to go. I understand establishments that don't like customers using their restrooms, I've worked in retail, I get it. I apologized and asked nicely if my child could please use their bathroom. The clerk glared at me (a middle aged male) and said rudely that if my child made a mess she would be the one to clean it up. Really? I mean....come on, you're gonna act like that? Have always had a positive experience and always been treated very kindly and courteously. Never had any issues or bad experiences no matter who was working. If you consign here, you should keep record of your items! I have taken things in that seems to gotten lost. I consign mostly on-line. I make much more! I love Poshmark and mercari!!!! They take a small fee but it's not bad! I have consigned here for 25 years. Never had any issues until the last few. When you take your clothing in, their employees, mainly one lady acts like she is totally miserable!!!!! She is very unfriendly!!! She acts like you are bothering her. If she hates her job that bad, I'm sure someone else would be happy to replace her!!!' read more
