When we were designing the piece, he even went out of his way to watch episodes of One Piece so he could really understand the vibe and bring the right energy into the design. That level of dedication meant a lot to me. Throughout the appointment, he explained every step of the process so I always felt comfortable and knew what was happening next. The shop in Springfield off Q Street is always clean, welcoming, and has great music playing, which makes the whole experience even better. The sleeve isn't finished yet, but it already looks amazing, and I'm beyond excited to keep working with Illya to complete it. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life -- I can't recommend him enough.

If you need a break at all during the tattoo they are very able to give you one and the shop even has some Gatorade for you to have! The only small downside was their station is right next to the bathroom, could be a pro or con depending how you look at it.. someone used it during my tattoo and it wasn't the best smell, but that went away quickly!

BUT they gave me jewelry that was way too snug for the healing process, due to swelling it was too small even when they put it in my lip. I could tell because they were struggling to put the ball onto the bar. I left the store with ONE bottle of cleaner and realized I didn't know how to clean my piercings. I went back in to ask and wasn't properly informed just told to soak/ rinse with clean hands, don't use Q-tips and don't twist, don't touch with dirty hands. That was it. I ran out of cleaner weeks ago and had no idea I've still been needing to clean it. which is embarrassing though I had NO IDEA how to take care of it these are my first ever face piercings. now I'm terrified abt infection and have a fever/ in a lot of pain. I'm Upset and concerned it was a waste of money I was really excited and have been seriously let down. I spent a lot of money and am now in a lot of pain spending more money in order to fix this. unfortunately i wouldn't recommend this place to people due to lack of information about cleaning as that's such an important part of this process! Even my daughters friends if they had any piercing questions. A couple days later my daughter was having an issue with her belly button piercing. She messaged asking for any tips to help with the excessive swelling. Her barbell seemed too short and the end was popping into her belly where the piercing hole was. We waited and no message was returned. I then sent a photo along with a message. Politely asking for advice. "Hi! Saturday my daughters and I got our belly buttons pierced. 2 of us are doing great but one of my daughters is having some issues. Could you please advice me what to do. She is cleaning it 3 times a day then drying with the hair dryer. After practice today the top end portion of the piercing had sunk into the hole and had a thin layer of ooze over it. She is worried about the hole becoming too big since it easily sinks into it currently. " It has been a week and a half with no response to either of our messages. Disappointing to have been ghosted by our piercing artist. I would not recommend because of the lack of follow up care.
