We were there in Mid-July 2023. Did the decades show. Completely enjoyed it, although there must have been something going on with the Base singer, he wasn't on stage for most of the songs and certainly appeared to be ill or something physical. Wasn't onstage more than half and didn't do much on any of the songs. We mentioned it to each other as it was obvious to both of us, later seeing he was the lead organizer we were giving him the benefit of any doubts we had. There was a great deal of energy from all which made it fun to watch because it appeared they were having fun also. Have to be a very good actor or truly enjoy what you are doing to make it so believable on just an average night in July. For us! the best part was actually knowing most of the songs they did. The joke was that they were going to do the best of the decades after 1980's, but couldn't find any. The building was appropriate for the audience although parking can be difficult. It is an 'older' building but inside is obviously old and an update might work. We would refer anyone to it and have fun. See some comments concerning the comedian. He was ok, am sure he has a fairly set routine but the onstage performers didn't appear to know what he might say. I rated him ok to good, but then we went for the music....this was an addon for us. read more

This week was our third time in 4 years attending the "Decades" and "Country" performances by the group Pierce Arrow. Along with their excellent performances in both shows, making themselves available after the show to their audience with an opportunity to meet and have your photo taken with them is a special gesture and so appreciated! Whenever anyone asks us what show we would recommend in Branson, we strongly suggest getting tickets to Pierce Arrow! :) We always purchase our photo with them and it is always personally signed by each member of their group at that time. We also always purchase the VIP tickets for seating and each time we've been in the first row pretty much in the middle! Don't waste money here, when there are many great shows in Branson. The singers have good voices, but don't connect. Also, it's not a family-friendly show--some of the jokes were VERY inappropriate and even went as far as to joke about male anatomy (and I'm not sensitive, I know much comedy is supposed to be edgy)...Not only that, the comedian make very offensive jokes about my faith (i.e. speaking in tongues). Would they do that about other religions?! Look, I don't expect this show to be faith-based, nor am I a touchy, "holier than thou" kind of person. But I did expect it to be more wholesome, especially here in Branson. We left in the middle of the show, and they wouldn't refund, which I didn't expect. I will be going back to the shows I know and love, such as the Hughes, Duttons, Sight & Sound, Acrobats, etc. P.S. Several staff members were rude, even though we never created a scene and quietly slipped out of the show. read more

Were are attending Doug Gabriel and family show and the show is incredible. He is so talented and plays multiple guitars his style is smooth and sultry. He song songs from multiple artist and he sounds just like them, just amazing. He did his own version on the song I will always Love You by Dolly Pardon and the late Whitney Houston. Oh my God it was eo good. The whole family is so talented. The show is both funny, entertaining ans spiritual. Definitely a family oriented show and we loved it. This show was definitely worth the money and definitely a mist see. So if you're visiting Branson Missouri please check out The Doug Gabriel Show. You won't be disappointed. read more

We saw a show Nov. 2021, and show was not very good. The comedian, Gene was funny...but that was it. What made this bad show even worse was the "supposed" honoring of the vets, which Branson is famous for, but I guess this business didn't get this memo. They had everyone in the audience stand up and "honor" vets, and they show a video which includes a great deal of propaganda/racism. My uncles (who are vets) were very disappointed as we all left the theater. We all decided as a big family, will never return to this theater and most probably not return to Branson which we have been visiting each year for the past 10 years. Pierce Arrow is a pure fun night. Bronson shows are mostly clean fun. It is good for family and adult. It feature the lowest register voice in US by one of the four entertainers. The theatre has emergency exit everywhere in case the is a need. The theatre seat Is comfortable. The stage is widely seen from any angle of the hall. The show start with hilarious comedian. He has very good material for all ages. This comic is the few clean joke comedian that I have seen. He is very good. My wife said if you can make the old folks laugh, you are very good because the old people has hear many joke before. The comedian call him Gene Pool. So when you see him, you will said hi gene - highgean. Get It. The song by pierce arrow is hardly recognize or popular in my generation. I would say they need to improve this area. Don't waste your money!!!! Not a family friendly show! These people want to act like they're " strong Christians", but are far from it! The comedian literally made fun of speaking in tongues, that's a very serious, REAL experience MILLIONS have received. I don't hear anyone up here making fun of other religions. When I tried to calmly explain to the lady at will call, why I was offended, she got very rude with me and didn't even apologize!!!? My group is just SICK that we wasted 150$ and also our last night in beautiful Branson. Several sexual jokes were made. It was just such a disappointment. It has been years since we have been to Pierce Arrow. In fact, Jarret Dougherty was the comedian and there were different singers. We loved it then and hate it now. In fact, we walked out. We were disappointed in the quality of singing. The comedian is not very funny and it was just not a quality show. I hope they can figure it out. The Pierce Arrow group and band have been excellent for a long time. We went to the Decades show and thoroughly enjoyed it. The song choices represented their period in time very well. The theater's interior design enhances the stage. They are professional entertainers. The costumes, choreography, stage sets and lighting are extra nice. The comedian started a little blah, but pretty soon we were both laughing out loud. The Decades show was so enjoyable, we went back the next night for the other show they do. For some reason I thought it was an all-country/gospel show. It wasn't. It seemed kind of like the night before with different songs and comedy. That was also good. Although we love to hear them do country, we weren't disappointed. They have very good shows. One other thing: they do a song called Water Grave. They did it years ago, and I was so surprised and happy to hear them do it again. Awesome song and they do it so well. Go see their shows. Well worth the ticket price. read more

Went to "Country performance" Sept 15th 2022 and was very disappointed. It was like very unprofessional jam session. The Gospel part was like it was unrehearsed. We attended a show years ago and was not impressed. So glad we decided to give it another try. We saw the "Decades" show. Music was upbeat and great from the first song to the last. We are planning to go back for the "Country " show in the next couple of weeks. We overheard some people saying they didn't recognize most of the songs. That could be because this is a 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's music show. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves music from that era. Good job Pierce Arrow! read more

We went with friends from the office and we all loved the show!!! The comedian was absolutely hilarious and what was so great about his routine was it was CLEAN!!! There were no innuendos or mixed connotations, just funny stories and lots of laughter. Then there was the music, a mix of genres and years of music was poured out in the groups talent. From high tenor notes to record breaking bass notes greatly blended together. Scott Fraker has the best vocal talents in the group and his powerful voice showed its talents in several songs. The greatest blend of the evening was the tribute to the Eagles and at the end the original composition that was dedicated to all of the veterans and their families. Compared to the other shows in Branson. This show did not seem to have the planning and the extraordinary effort to make a good show. They also continue to shine lights out into the audiences eyes, which causes migraines and headaches. If they would just keep the lights on the show itself or up in the air on the ceiling would be better than in our eyes the singing was great. read more

The singing was the high point, unfortunately the monolithic expression of patriotism is not reality of the America, I know. My husband is a 17 year veteran. We believe in an America where people can express their opinion but we paid for entertainment. We felt the tribute to veterans expressed a narrow view of patriotism. It usually is the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, we left unsure if we will return again. We brought our friends from HS to Branson to see our favorite show because we are proud Americans. I enjoyed the show. Comedian was great. Leader of the group (Dan) took over at times. Near the end of the show the band changed into tee shirts with their philosophy written across the front- "I stand for the flag, I kneel for the cross". Fine to wear that, but Dan added- if you don't agree, the door is opened in the back of the theater. Politics are not needed in a setting like this, especially in these divisive times. I would have given a much better rating had that statement not turned my stomach and ruined the end of the show for me. read more

This is a must see if you make a trip to Branson. These guys put on an outstanding show! Their musicians are OUTSTANDING! We saw this show on our last night in Branson after already seeing five other performances. This was, by far, the best of the performances, hands down. It is family friendly and includes a lot of audience interaction. Their comedian is outstanding also. Young and old will have a really good time. We did not want it to end. It will definitely be a repeat for us when we return to Branson. read more
