I was seeing Cas as my main tattooer for several months. I sat with her for 4 tattoos and paid her…read moreat least $1000. I have a giant arm piece that I bought second skin for because I was concerned about infection. Cas has never used and clearly didn't bother to look into it because when the tattoo was finished she said, "I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wash the tattoo before we put it on, but you'll only be wearing it for 24hrs." I got a TERRIBLE infection that pushed out a ton of her work. I wasn't upset with her, it was clearly an accidental mistake. I reached out to her to tell her about it and send her pictures. I assumed she'd take responsibility and give me some free hours to make up for this careless mistake. Instead she ghosted me. She won't respond to phone calls or emails. This is literally the craziest tattoo experience I've ever had. Bad service doesn't even began to describe this, do not ever go to this place.
