Got the first two Specialty pizzas on the menu and both were excellent! The edges were a little burned, but the char actually added to the last few bites, so I can't even complain about that. Also got a sweet pizza with chocolate sprinkles, nutella and strawberries. It was great but VERY heavy. I was absolutely CRAVING a cup of milk. The kids loved the sugar dump though. I have been to the PieFection on Kirkman and I had a good experience at that location. Unfortunately this location was a disappointment for the most part. The restaurant itself is very trendy and modern. The bathrooms were nice and very clean as well. That's about where the positives ended. Upon being seated I smelled something awful and it wasn't going away. I then learned that the staff carry around blocks of aged cheese to the tables to add to certain entrées. If you are not a fan of the smell of aged cheese I would not recommend, because it never went away. Our waitress also never introduced herself she just asked us for our drink order and left. The place is trendy and aesthetically appealing, but I don't think the pricing matches what the restaurant has to offer in terms of food and service. We started off by ordering our drinks. I asked for water with lemon, and was brought water with lime instead. Not a big deal, but when I politely asked for lemon our waitress never brought it to the table after asking her twice. So I just gave up. We ordered chicken fries as our appetizer and the waitress brought us a plate of chicken tenders instead. We were a bit confused but we were hungry and decided to make the best of it. We also thought it was odd that it wasn't served with sauce. When we asked our waitress about it, she said "oh you wanted sauce?". As if chicken fries (or chicken tenders in this case) are not normally served with sauce. For our entree we ordered a medium pie half cheese and half Pie-Fection. My husband thought that since this pizza was named after the place it must be good. When it came out, it did not look very appetizing as it was practically oozing oil but he tried it anyways. He only took a few bites before deciding he didn't want to continue as the cheese was off putting and the toppings didn't pair well together. A different waitress came over to ask if everything was okay, and I advised her that the Pie-Fection was not what we expected and if we could please get something else (he hadn't even eaten one slice). She apologized and offered to bring him a different pizza (overall I think she offered us better service than our actual waitress). It took a while for the additional pizza to come out, at this point my food was cold as well. Our original waitress also never stopped by the table to ask us if we needed refills. Once the replacement pizza came we could instantly tell the difference, at this point the other waitress was the one to refill our drinks. They ended up taking the pizza off the bill which I appreciated. But between the poor customer service (with the exception of the helpful waitress who addressed our issue, thank you!) and mediocre food I would say our experience was sub par at best. The experience was not great! Service was slow they were even slow to get us the check. My son ordered a fettuccine Alfredo ordered before the drinks because he was hungry. Well that came after all 3 pizza came and because we had to ask for it 3 times my son did not finish he said it was horrible. The restaurant was busy but they had plenty of servers. In addition, this is the first time we ordered a glass of wine in a restaurant that cost $ 12 for tiny bit for the house wine that was for sure a very cheap wine. Depending on what you are looking for this place either impresses or depresses. I went on a Tuesday. There is a $1 per person cover charge. They also automatically gratuity 18%. As nice as the server was, this is a huge turn off. I usually tip 20-30% barring anything unusual. This time, the unadvertised cover and the automatic tip seemed appropriate. The pizza was good. It was a hybrid between NY style and Chicago style. Plenty of cheese so if you are a cheese lover, this is for you. A thick layer of great mozzarella covered the pie. It was also perfectly cooked. My preference is something less salty, so being me and my preference, this pizza was hardly average. That being said, cheese lovers have a great pie with a great price point. I'll come back. And not because of my order. My wife got a steak. That steak was perfectly cooked and so delicious. The only drawback..... too much salt. The staff was super friendly and awesome. The place came highly recommended. That is what earned 3 stars. Unfortunately, I miss MIDICI. The place that was here prior. That place had Italian style pizza, made with fresh mozzarella and a fresh sauce. They set the standard high, and unfortunately the pizza here is at the bottom end of independents, and is I. Very unique eatery with a large variety of pizzas. The interior is nice, with an open kitchen and a huge oven for pizzas. The different cheeses used on the foods (catipury, raclette) are amazing. There are also a ton of dessert pizzas and a good selection of wines. It is not your typical pizza place. Also, if you are into risotto, ask for their risotto menu. Service can be a little slow as they get really busy at night. read more

We have given this place multiple opportunities, 5 to be exact because we live so close but I feel like it has gotten worst with every visit. First of all they don't take reservations on the weekends so there's always a crazy wait. Personel is inexperience and not properly trained, you're lucky if you even get someone that speaks english. You have to beg for basic things like refills, napkins and utencils. All five times they have gotten our order wrong or something from our order never arrives and always over charge us when the bill comes. Yesterday they even had the audacity to charge us $18 for the live music WTF??? they hid it as "Cover Charge" and when we asked they went ahead and explained. We have shared this same concerns with managers and obviously nothing has been done. Pizza is not bad if they get it right but I feel like Orlando / Kissimmee has plenty of pizza places that offer great service and great pizza without charging you an arm and a leg. My husband and I came here for the first time, loved the design of the building and the food was delicious..... Customer service on the other hand, find workers who want to work and get tipped. We only received one napkin each, the waiter never even introduced herself she never came to check on us or offer a refill. Wow! Excellent experience and food. Now this is not a NY pizza place. In other words Brazilian pizza has its own flare. The ingredients are different but what amazing flavor. The pizza is freshly tossed in front of your eyes and the freshest ingredients are used. There dessert pizzas are out of control as well. Lastly they have a beautiful restaurant and vibe. Stumbled on this place while waiting for my fdle approval from Academy sports. What a great place. Spotless and clean. A huuuuge menu of different pizzas and always nice to try different things. The waitress was helpful as there was an item I wasn't familiar with, catupiry so she brought me a sample and immediately told us that we could split the toppings on a med or large. Got ready to order a large our waitress Fernanda immediately showed the size and glad she did the pies are huge and full. So we did half Hawaiian and half house specialty but no green olives, black olives instead. Pie came out with both olives and Fernanda immediately noticed and apologized ran to the kitchen and gave the chef an ear full. I told her it's ok no harm. She offered to remake it and I said no. She would not stop and gave us a complimentary sweet dessert pizza. Fernanda was awesome. The place is spotless in cleanliness. The menu is extensive and the prices are fair.
