Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!! Lee and his references made sure that we got the services we needed to get out of our ditch! Thank you so so much! I would recommend you to anybody! Trust this one! He was very understanding of my tight schedule and was able to move the vehicle with no problems and an upfront and honest price. He told me he couldn't help and abandoned me and Annabelle there. She walked towards him when he showed up so she saw that he drove away after he said he couldn't help. I called State Farm because I wanted to follow through because he said he called for another towing to come. They canceled thrice and I was afraid my car was going to be hit by a vehicle trying to pull out in front of me. It just kept getting closer at the time. I ended up interrupting my friend at work who showed up about two hours later. He had a pickup about a little smaller and barely a tower and got me out and parked me near the fire hydrant on the curb. I told the guy when he was there he could park it anywhere close to the curb so it would not get struck hopefully. Now what I don't get is why is the towing guy claiming he helped me when he spoke to me from afar and then abandoned me? Then he said my car was in the pileup? I don't think he's understanding that he's not getting the facts straight about the interaction. I didn't expect him to retaliate with a text this morning. He said: STOP LYING ON PEOPLE, IT REALLY REALLY HURTS SMALL BUSINESSES What are you talking about? I very clearly tried to help you and got stuck myself, I went back to help another customer in the area the very next day and seen your vehicle at the very bottom of a 8 car pile up so how'd your friend pull you out of that???? If we show up and see that the job isn't safe to do we mark it as unsuccessful after that it's out of our hands. I have 6 children to make it back home to safely. And I never even showed up in a truck.... Please add the photos of your friend pulling you out for further proof. You're the first 1 star review out of over 120 5 star reviews. I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

AAA battery went out. Was in warranty time. Driver called. Said he didn't have a battery that would…read morework on the van. But still drove out to me without it. Showed up and his jump box was dead. So he couldn't jump my jeep off to get a battery test. Tried multiple times. Finally got a read and it showed the battery was bad with weak charge. He said it wasn't a good enough reading to replace the battery. He needed to check the alternator. He couldn't check that without getting the jeep to run. Which he couldn't with no battery on the van and dead jump box. He said there was nothing more he could do. I asked him to come back with the battery so he could do his test. He tried to charge me. I said i will pay when he comes back and completes the job. He agree'd. Said he understood and GAVE ME THE OPTION TO NOT PAY. Tracy told him not to leave. And then called the police on me for mot paying. I was forced to pay them. They never came back to resolve the battery issue. I purchased a new battery from another company the next day (even though i was in warranty) and never had another issue out of the jeep. Cruddy people. Absolutely disgusting service. Tracy should be ashamed to act in business like this. They showed up with no ability to fix or test my jeep. And still charged me for showing up.
