On March 18 2024 Geico contracted Arski to tow my car from High Point to Greensboro due to a blown motor. Two weeks later I called Hyundai to get a status on my car and they tell me " oh we has to put your spare on because your tire was shreaded". I say "who tire? There was nothing wrong with my tire" They proceed to tell me yes your rim was on the ground...yadda yadda yadda and sends me the third pic from the end. I call Arski and tell the person who answers the phone who I am and that my car was damaged during the tow and I needed the pics they took before the tow and this girl with her rude self tells me like I did the damaged to my car "oh I have to look for them and give you a call back" I say " oh okay, do you need the number?" And she has the nerve to say "ain't this the number you are calling from?" After hanging up and I'm on the phone with Geico to report the damage I kept getting a call from some number so I call the number Bach and it's Kendrick from Arski telling me "Oh I have been meaning to call you about the damage to your tire ( I'm thinking you have been meaning to call me for two weeks REALLY?) the driver was new and he ran over a piece of wood and didn't know to pull over." So I told him you had no intention of telling me about the damage to my car if Hyundai hadn't of told me I wouldn't have known. I then told him that when he was calling I was on the phone with Geico reporting the damage cause whoever that was that answered the phone was a rude nasty "B" who acted like I was the one who damaged my car. So he proceeds to tell me that they would rather not go through the insurance company that they could just buy a new tire at wholesale price to replace the damaged tire. And I told him that I would call him back. The next day I went to where my car was and took the rest of those pics, not only was the tire shredded on the inside and outside but the rim was bent as well. When I called back to speak to Kendrick because I had deleted his number the same gurl answered and I asked her to have him to call me and as I hung up I said talking about something else "ain't this a "b"?" and she proceeds to call me back and I didn't answer so she texts me "since I'm a "B" Kendrick will not be calling you back" So I tell her Geico will be calling you and I wasn't talking about you and she says you told Kendrick I was a "B" yesterday, so now you are a liar....next time say it with your chest I'm blocking you have a nice day. What in the world? Your people did $1,300 worth of damage to my vehicle and I am going to leave this review everywhere. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!!! read more

This is the sorriest excuse for a towing company I've ever tried to deal with . They are a AAA vendor that we waited 6 hours to pick up my truck with times getting moved back . Finally we called them where we were informed they wouldn't tow us until the next day . This is no way to do business and I will be addressing this company with AAA in the morning. You folks should find another line of work ! Never use them ! read more

My car quit running on a rather busy road. I called and the phone was answered on the first ring. The young woman that answered was super nice and very professional. I didn't wait very long maybe 20 minutes and the truck arrived. The young man was very careful getting my mini Cooper hooked up. He was very courteous and made me and my husband feel very confident in his work. He delivered the car to the garage with great care. I'm very appreciative that Arski has such a great team. My daughter got her vehicle stuck in some mud and couldn't get out. When she called me I was 20 minutes away and I told her to call a towing company and I'd be on my way. To my surprise, when I arrived Arski was already on site and working. The funny thing is is that he was there an hour before hand pulling a car out of the exact same spot. What's the odds? Anyway, the experience was easy and painless with no damage to the vehicle. The guy working stated he was the owner and I could tell he loved what he was doing because he was helping people. His rate was reasonable, less than I expected, and his persona was admirable. Hopefully we will never need those type of services again but if we do, Arski will be the first call. read more

You can tell by other reviews that this company doesn't like to take responsibility when they have done something wrong. Long story short my work van was on their tow truck the moment they hit a bridge and messed up my platform hoist, the driver then unloaded it in the middle of the road and contacted the manager/owner. Owner came down very rude btw said it was MY fault and he wasnt going to take responsibility for it and then just left and left my van in the middle of the road. Had to contact another tow company to get me to a tire shop. Anyways police report was filed and further legal action will be taken. read more

Worst day ever. Come out to a flat tire, spare is flat too. Had to get a tow. This truck is my "baby" and I don't trust anyone to even move it, more or less tow it... Except Arski. I have used them in the past and they are always so professional, extremely fast to respond, and the highest quality. The weather today was TERRIBLE but Lee showed up with a smile on his face, the usual Arski customer service and took great care of my "Daisy". Thank you Lee and Arski. Absolutely wonderful experience! I was involved in an accident and my car wasn't safe to drive. It was rainy and there were no rental cars available at the time so I was stranded. Christian was so helpful and gave me a ride back to their shop to wait there until I could get a rental. JR and Christian helped make a bad day much better! I would highly recommend them! read more
