I went with yellow rice, red beans, and sweet plantains. My wife ordered the chicken combo with a side of yellow rice and yuca (her first time trying yuca!). The lady helping us (pretty sure it was the owner) was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding us through the menu like old friends. We paid, grabbed a table, and dug in. My wife took one bite of the rotisserie chicken and declared it the best she's had in ages--juicy, perfectly seasoned, and falling off the bone. No surprise there; we spotted those massive rotisserie ovens spinning away, so chicken is clearly their specialty! She then tried the yuca (boiled and crispy-edged, I assume) and loved it--said it was buttery and addictive. Her yellow rice had tasty chunks of different meats mixed in, and she couldn't stop raving about the flavor. I mixed my yellow rice (a different style from hers) with the red beans on the plate--pure comfort food heaven, rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The sweet plantains? Outstanding. Caramelized just right, sweet but not overpowering, soft inside with that ideal crisp edge. Every bite was perfection. The place had a great vibe too--clean bathrooms, lively Spanish beats playing, and a casual, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We're already planning our next visit to try more dishes (that mofongo and rotisserie chicken platter are calling our names!). If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican BBQ and sides done right, Lelo's is a must-stop. Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!

The #1 Chicken combo and #3 Pork combo is always the choice, as plantains and yellow rice with sausage, so good and the servings are quite gracious for the price and value. It sure feels like I am back at Puerto Rico here, as the island vibe goes during my visit in 2019 as the peeps naturally are genuinely happy having a good time eating with famiia and friends-as they say 'Wepa' which means Awesome!

The meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were delicious and flavorful (lots of great options for sauces, too!), and the way they were put together for pickup was just right. I particularly appreciate how exceptional Manny's customer service is. We ordered online and he kept us in the loop through the whole process, letting us know when they were being prepared, when to pick up, and sending us pics of the food so we knew what was to come! It's clear that he takes a lot of pride in his food and attention to detail. Wonderful experience all around, and I would highly recommend!

Around dinner time, we were all deciding what to eat and I remembered reading "Manny's Pinchos" from the side of the road, so we went here! The line was long but moving. The owner was there and he was very nice and appreciative that we supported his business. There was spicy and regular BBQ sauces and both were so delicious! The chicken meat is tender and juicy, and HUGE with the portions. Two pinchos and you're full! For me at least. I wish this food truck was open daily because there are random times during the weekday I crave their pinchos. Only open on certain days with limited hours. It's worth the drive from where I live. Would love to see this food truck expand to different cities. Thank you Manny's Pinchos for being so delicious! It's exactly was Deltona needs.

This place is really hidden, I mean I went to middle school not far from there and never knew it was there. Walking in, Pa'lla Voy gives me the same feeling as a small mom and pop shop. They do plate lunches and more there. Truly a variety and personable feeling when you walk in. They're located at 1732 Rinehart Rd, Sanford, FL. I ordered the fried fish with mac salad and sweet plantains. I was really split between the plantains and the rice, however, the owner was so sweet that she threw it in for me anyway. She gave me a huge cup by the way without charging me extra just so I could try it. They had a whole case of desserts too, and honestly who can say no to a giant portion of flan? I paid about $25 for the whole meal and it was definitely enough for two meals. The fish was a fresh fried tilapia topped with onions. You have to eat it fresh, but it was so crispy and flavorful. The mac salad was fresh with bell peppers and a good palate cleanser when eating fried food. The plantains are a good staple. The rice really stole my heart though. It was so good. I would rate the plate an 8.5/10. I also got tamarind juice, which I would rate at a 8.5 as well. Overall, I would rate them an 8.5/10 and recommend anyone in the area to give them a try. They are so sweet and the food is good and a lot for what you're paying.
