She matched the frame on the poster to a print I already had that would be hanging in the same bathroom. She also made sure it had a non-glare glass since it was in hanging near a large window. I wanted to save the mat on the Busch photos since the description was had written by the photographer and she masterfully accomplished my request. It looks as good as when I bought it in 2005. The attention to detail and care they gave when describing the process and helping us choose our frame/mat was exceptional. They had so many frames to choose from, so that expertise was well appreciated. We dropped off our print just before Easter and were told there was a months-long backlog, but we could expect the print back in 4 months or so. It ended up taking 6 months to complete. We were out of town when they finally finished, so they kindly hung onto our work for another month before went to pay and pick up. While the project took longer than expected, we were appreciative of the kindness shown by the staff member who helped us and we would definitely return to have other things framed for our home.

This was the place--they really know their stuff-- offered suggestions for mat color, whether we wanted it 'weighted' (just slightly more border on the bottom so the print sits), and then walked us through various frame options. Both listened to us and made good suggestions. We even discussed whether to splurge on less-reflective glass (we did for one print, not the other given where they live on the wall). They did a beautiful job. This is the only place I would go--the front store full of fake flowers isn't our thing (though they do have live plants and nice pots), but the framing shop is independent, been around a long time, and really know what they are doing.
